Morris vs Bartam for 20K, who do you like?

8 and out on 10 ball?...ill take Bartnam

I haven't posted much in a while - I guess this should have been in "The Action Room". They're talking abiout it there.

I'm definitely buying this match on TAR!

Nuts: 8, 9 & 10.

15 ahead is a lot of aheads and even if you are a rocket I am not sure you would be quick enough to outrun these nuts.

I would wonder who is putting up the cash for each player as this would also have an impact on my judgment as to who will win.

joey a why would it matter who is backing the game?
i will bet at least 5000 of the 10000.
im not sure about him.
i would like to know for you why does it matter.

ps, I like CB if anybody wants to sweat it cheap. The ultimate grinder, imo. Hard not to like and respect that.

Fifteen ahead Ten Ball can be a very long match, more than one day or one session. You better bring your lunch if you're gonna sweat this match. Maybe dinner and breakfast too.

I think this is a close match-up, and it will all come down to who has the most staying power. A lot depends on the equipment they play on IMO. As far as who is putting up the money, I don't think that figures into anything. They are both playing to win no matter where the money comes from.

Only way it would make a difference is if 1 of the players were uncomfortable playing on their own cash...both are seasoned enough & have played countless times on their own so it really shouldn't matter.

We are in agreement sir.

I kinda like Rodney in this one - but not by a whole lot. If it was a bigger ahead set (25 maybe?) then I would give it to Chris due to the little extra grind factor. Personally, and this is just me, I don't think the spot means anything considering either of these guys is going to finish if they get to the 8 unless the 9 and 10 are tied up in some crazy way. But that's just me...

I forgot to add !!!

Even tho Rodney is from A island...it's not "THE" island that produces the caliber of players that can fade giving Chris that much weight if u know what i mean...1 money ball i'd like rodney but giving 2 balls i favor Chris.
