I am really enjoying doing these 3 group shots. It makes it a lot more fun to see a few cues together and kind of match them up. Well here are three works of art. As Jamie said "this is one hell of a trifecta"

Out of the three cue, the best design goes to none other than the Black Boar, as for the best joint protectors, I feel Bob Mazino is the best of the lot. Another idea for a group shot of pictures would be your vast collection of joint protectors. Just a suggestion though.

you picked my 3 favroite cues you own!!nice - but in the catogory of joint caps Bob wins_ lol

That´s unbelievable, Bill
I wanted to write the same thing, because these are my three favorites of Steve´s collection, too.
Maybe that´s the reason why you have cues for me all the time

And for sure, congrats to these three MONSTERS, Steve. :bow-down::bow-down::bow-down:

Wow

My favorite BB of all time is in that group and the other 2 aren't bad either!!! I got to meet Tony at the US Open and his 17 year old nephew. His nephew helps him out with the cues sometimes, especially when it calls for very good eye sight on some of the more intricate inlay jobs.

Steve, your cues are the best i've seen........

James, are you talking about Donny. He is the main man over at Black Boar. He is helping with everything Tony does. And a great guy to boot.

CNC Insanity

Amazing CNC work..
Tony, Joel and Bob must be at the forefront of CNC Execution.
The intrcasies of the inlays are "insane".. (Figure of Speech..)..
To go over each inlay and see how they intertwine and intersect with
other inlays of different materials is surely a sweet treat for us CNC Enthusiast.
If they are doing those wrap-around inlays the way I think they are,
they are preforming magic.. That process is too hard.
If there's an easier way, it's Alien Technology to me..
Steve.. you show really impressive cues from your collection..
Thanks..
It keeps the Gallery going..
Same goes for all of you who post here.

Where's Thomas!!! I like his designs too..

Beautiful group of cues! I like the use of red in the Black Boar. Thanks for all the sharing of pics that you do with us.

How the heck does these cuemakers do this stuff! The Black Boar has to have at least 1500+ inlays!Such class,Sir you are a man with great taste. Thanks for taking the time to put these works of art on here for us.

I was breaking Tonys chops for 6 months about this cue....I told him it had to have so much inlay that you shouldnt be able to see any wood whatsoever...LOL I believe it came down to 886 inlays. but more important is the amount of inlay over inlay over inlay....he is a genius and an artist. And a fun guy to boot.

I thought Joel didn't use CNC, or am I just making that up?

your just making that up. Joel does use CNC , and i believe that it has allowed him to take his wonderful art work to a new and different area, as you can see in the cue posted
