Did the counter dump on us?? Did watchez slow play the win? I notice he double posted in that spot as if he knew. HE ALWAYS KNOWS!
I messaged Mike aka AzHousePro to come back to the thread and let us know, perhaps the counter is not accurate, now atleast we have a bit of drama with the competition, is the winner PoolBum or Watchez? 
Actually I believe there are multiple winners. One poster was spamming the main forum with new threads when the forum got close to the 1 million mark. The moderator deleted all the threads and probably banned the user(?)

I was wondering how you'd find the 1m post for a specific thread.
How is the database structure set up for a post in vb? I wonder if you can just run a query asking to return all posts w/user ID's posted under forum 6 and export it as text and throw it in a spreadsheet and go down to the 1m to see who it is???

I feel like this thing is drama filled somehow. If smoke or me don't win I no longer care. It's a heist. If it was reached 2 weeks ago than we shoulda known by now. If 1 millionth post got there 6 times we should know that too. There just is no good way to pick a winner.
mikey, i personally was going by the counter as was everyone else, I could not have known if it reached one million 2 weeks ago as I do not have access to that data. I am going to wait and hear the official ruling and verify that Watchez did win or if it was PoolBum as others have mentioned and posted pictures of.
There's no drama. My post was the 1,000,000th post by the count that everyone in the contest was going by. This is obvious to anyone who reads this thread.
For someone who got laid off in January, and who can't even afford to get the Accu-Stats stream for the DCC, winning this little contest was a nice surprise and a temporary respite from my economic difficulties.
I have been posting on AZ since June of 2004, which is longer than rackem, softshot, mikeyfrost, and a lot of others in this thread. The pettiness displayed by some of you has ruined the good feelings I had about being the 1,000,000th poster on the AZBilliards main forum.

If there are indeed two winners, then I vote we split the winnings between the real millionth, and the main forum counter millionth. No need to have one of the two lose out completely based on a technicality.
My prize copy of Venom Trickshots is ready to mail out whenever this gets settled.
I am all for that, I just want to see what Mike says about it. Watchez does not appear to know nor care about this thread or giveaway.
Remember, this was started as a good natured, fun contest. The screen shows Poolbum as the winner. Pay him off and congratulate him.

Noted - but whether it was 2 weeks ago or not the post count visible to the members should rule, IMO.
This is what everyone was going by.
I am leaning towards this also, I had Mike come and post who it was just in case and this is what has come up but it does not seem right as the post was 2 weeks ago and I have been following the counter daily. I will award it to Poolbum based on the counter and screen shots. Congrats Poolbum and post your name and address and we will get you some awesome stuff. :wink:
