Waiting on Kbrooks response

As we all know around here - there are 2 sides to every deal/story, so I believe we should all wait until he responds. Some great questions have been brought up in earlier posts.

Might be more to this story, since there usually is.

Kbrooks rep speaks for itself, and I am sure he will act accordingly, if it is deserved.

I say we hunt down Jeremy and burn him like a witch! I have it on good authority that he's down at the bar drinking up the profit he made from selling cheap cases that self destruct to unsuspecting guys like Redux Slick... I think he's also the bastard that killed Kenny. Get a rope! :D

I agree...

He agreed to buy a case from me for 25.00. He checked another site and it was 16.95 ....he said i was ripping him off....if it was actually cheaper for him to buy it from them, I would have gladly refunded him his money, but when I checked and the cost of the case, plus ths shipping of 8.10 was more than I told him I would sell him the case at, I just thought it was funny he was *****ing about a price and didnt even have all of his facts straight....

Anyone can go on the site and see exactly how much it cost and then go to the checkout and see how much it would have actually cost to have that case in hand....I was going to send it to him for 25.00 shipped....go figure:rolleyes:

Exactly! And it has happened to us all but Reputation is worth a HELL of lot more than $8. I have had the exact same instance happen to me. I had a cue up for sale for months, some guy PMed me and offered me $450 and agreed. Low and behold not 20 minutes later I had a full price offer that I had to turn down.. Its called Karma, you will get your good and bad Karma back!

Funny thing is, if he had actually bought it from the other source, he would have paid more money..he just didnt see how much the shipping was...

Jeremy is one of the HIGHEST VALUED members we have. Dozens of us have had multiple deals with him, on and off of AZ. His reputation is beyond reproach.

You, on the other hand, have already had at least one nasty transaction on here and now you're throwing Jeremy under the bus?

I agree...Jeremy from what I know would never do anything to hurt his reputation on here..

It should have been handled in private first..I bet Jeremy would have offered some sort of remedy...he is a great guy!

Doesn't matter if he found it later somewhere for $10...you guys had an agreement at $25. You did not guarantee the lowest price, just a fair price.

You stick to the first agreed upon price and offer accepted. I have lost lots of dollars by not accepting higher offers on items after an initial agreement, but I believe that I have maintained my integrity, which is worth much more.

BTW, what is with all of this editing and removing the text from the posts by Pammo? Didn't we have a previous member who was infamous for that?

Thanks Joe...its always great dealing with you and all the other wonderful people on here...

Id never do anything to cheat anyone out of any money, thats just not how or who I am...if I make a deal, I stand behind it...If I felt or was asked if I was overcharging, I would have looked into it and if I was in fact more expensive, I would have have gladly refunded him his money...this guy sold his rep for a few dollars....:shakehead:

The very first transaction I had on here was with kbooks3. It was a Bob Frey sneakie pete. It was better than he described and is still one of my favorite cues today. In fact I based my last cue purchase on the Frey that I got from kbooks3. That experience with him is why I still buy 95% of my pool cues, supplies ect. from members on this site. He's a stand up guy in my book!
 
No I wanted to end it I was wrong to post in the 1st place . I through I could just take my beatings and handle it off line.
