He handled the interview just like the final match. Very honest and classy.

Many thanks to TAR for putting it on for free. The 8 ball finals were really something. Earl's interview...fantastic. I kept waiting for him to say: "I'm BACK!" :)
 
It's great to have him playing such great pool and to have him acting like a normal guy. Welcome back Mr. Strickland.

Anybody know where I can watch either the final match or the interview or both?

It was great to see Earl back in the winners circle again. I'd agree, his interviews were good, he had good composure and was not the volatile Earl that we have seen in recent years.. Hope he can continue to handle himself like he appeared to this time..

Check back with TAR, it was mentioned that they were recording the finals.
I'm not sure if they are going to sell the match, or just play it back ....

I believe I heard TAR say the dvd's would be for sale...but not 100? sure I heard it right. Johnnyt
 
It was live but thats not to say it was not recorded. I have always been a Earl fan but have been taken back by some of the ways he has handled different situations over the years. I think there are many Earl fans waiting in the wings it is his job to bring them out.;)

I believe he finished with the cue he started with.He played with so much confidence,it's great to see EARL is back.TAR also did a wonderful job streaming it.There were 1200 viewers on line watching the match.Again GREAT SHOW TAR.
 
I agree it was great to see Earl playing so well. When he stays out of his head he is very tuff to beat, and a joy to watch. After Daz put that first set on him 5-0, for him to come back the 2nd set unfazed shows why he is a champion. Thank you Justin and TAR for putting on this great show for us! You guys rule and are doing alot for pool and I know everyone on this forum appreciates it............
 
I was watching the match to and I congratulate Earl on his win and his composure.
