I am fine with whatever the ladies decide on, I put the offer out there and I am flexible on whatever date, time and place they choose. Ray stepping on my toes does not bother me too much and just shows his character, not the first time and probably wont be the last, he is a real prince for sure and I am sure I can guess who asked him to make the call also.

If the situation was reversed believe it I would have never made a phone call, he obviously seen Hollys post and I am sure he saw mine also regardless of what he says. I would have looked at it as already taken just like I along with others thought TAR was doing it. It was only when TAR said they couldn't because of dates that I said I would, its just a matter of respect. You never see me stepping on peoples toes or going behind peoples backs, that is not the way to do things but for Ray its just business and nothing personal.

Agree with Karla here, travel is harder on some people than others. I don't bounce back the way I did when I was partying on Spring Break during college.

I will not join your jab fest. I didn't read the thread. Reading back though, Justin said Lenny or whoever should do it. You go for it, it's all good. Just wanted them to know that I was available too, at the request of some of the fans.

I've learned a lot about his "business practices" over the last few months. As the saying goes "ignorance is bliss" and I've got to admit that this is the case. I was at least able to find some things tolerable before I became more knowledgeable.

I'm certainly in no position to make the call but I did notice that he didn't say that either of the young ladies had contacted him (I don't think either of them have a preference outside of wishing TAR could do it). In this instance, unless the ladies specifically state that they have a preference, I would say it is "first come first served" which is you. If it becomes a pissing match then we can have a private poll. Personally I would rather you do it because I don't watch his streams. I've never been to his website and barring something that I really, really want to see (like this match) I don't plan on partaking in any of his streams if I can help it.

I'm sorry you feel that way. I did make a few comments about the quality of others streams that were wrong to do and I regret making them. To paint my entire being by those comments is wrong and unfair.

I have made a huge commitment to streaming and have been under some extreme pressure trying to implement HD streaming, while the bills keep coming. I AM human and make mistakes with the best of em.

Hopefully you will be able to take a peak in sometime and see what I have been stressing over.

My knowledge is more indepth than what you've said here on the forums so I'm not basing my thoughts on "those comments" alone.

I'm not here to knock your business nor derail this thread. It only even came about because of your first post in this thread.

Millions of people play pool but the "pool world" consists of a small fraction of that number. I consider the folks that you see at every event (players and vendors) along with the more prolific members on this forum to be the "the pool world". When you look at it that way, you realize just how small the pool world is. It is next to impossible to keep something on the down low as the kids like to say. Just something for you to keep in mind. Good luck with your venture.

She should take the red eye to FL & visit car lot Donna. Surely he would give a fellow pool player a deal?? Then she can road trip home honing her action skills along the way. :thumbup:

Some of these threads on here start out promoting a potential game regardless whos the "favorite" and end up getting off base regularly... Its really not any of my business bc I do not know either one of these two women but as a fellow "ex action player" I will continue and always have promoted potential action... With that being said I hope this match takes off regardless of the winner.... Lil John Macias

Hopefully all the details get ironed out, nothing was set in stone on what type of match it will be and Melinda is locked down for the 14th.

If you have a long flight I have an equally long (and much smellier) bus ride on Greyhound (now with 33% more convicts!). It's a 6-1/2 hour ride via the Blue Dog with no traffic.

In that 2005 qualifier win your backer kindly brought to everyone's attention, you'll notice they said I traveled via Greyhound. I took an overnight bus schedule, slept on the bus, got to Phoenix, cleaned up in the bus station restroom, caught two Phoenix Valley Metro buses to the pool room, and then waited for them to open up for the tournament. I then played the tournament and after I won on Sunday, I took the Greyhound back to LA, slept on the ride, and went directly to work.

Some people would say I went through a lot of effort to play, but, to quote your signature line: "It's just a matter of understanding what's necessary and discipline yourself to do it." Truer words have never been sigged and I agree wholeheartedly with its sentiment. What I did was necessary and I disciplined myself to do it.

You and your teammates are well-known for determination and dedication and I do not doubt that had you been in my place, you would have done the same as I did. People who are driven will find a way.



While I will try to be as accomodating as possible, I cannot say that I relish the thought of following you around from match to match or waiting by a phone for you to say when you can play. Once all BCA events get into full swing, I doubt either of us will have much time.

Pool Sharks is the best venue for this match, but they have other challenge matches scheduled throughout the week and if we do not give them a definite time, there is no guarantee we can walk in and the action table will be free.

I understand you will have scotch doubles matches on the 14th and they could potentially run late. While there is nothing I can do about the scheduling of BCA events, I can offer the following:

Apologies for the dissertation, but to sum it up, I pretty much have to play on the 14th since I changed my work commitments in the belief that this match was going off on the 14th. I bought tickets to Vegas 2 months ago and have already planned my schedule. I am playing Scotch on 14th at 9am, singles, and master team.
You asked me to play and I said yes, so I have to now fit this unplanned event in my schedule.

I have obligations to my team mates in scotch doubles and master women's team, there for I am willing to give up days in my singles tournament May 16th-18th to play you.

I am not asking you to follow me around, that is why we should decide on the date.

I don't care what table in Pool Sharks we play on or if it is streamed. There are two people offering to stream (Ray Hansen and Lenny). I do not care who we choose. They are willing to do it whenever we want.

I'm just curious how you know what time your scotch doubles match is already. Are the times posted somewhere already? I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything with this question, I'm honestly curious.
