I have been contacted about a cue I didn't build. I fallowed the link the person sent me and the cue has a name very close to mine.
I'm not sure what to think????

I think it's an overseas cue. I remember seeing that name from a long time ago, ebay I think.
 
Wouldn't bother me much unless they intentionally picked that name to try and confuse people re their cues and the quality that you put forth Scott.
I doubt there will ever be a Gracio Cue on EBay.

So whats the problem, if you look at the location listed on the auction the cue is being shipped from and made in the Philippines, that is all I would tell the gentleman who contacted you.

If you check his feedback on ebay, he's been selling cues under that name since 2005. Who knows how much prior before that he was making cues.

There are LOTS of similar names in the cue business, even on this forum a few of the cuemakers have similar names.

Picked up a couple of those Fillipino Gracie cues a few years ago. They were junk. Not to be confused with Gracio.

I have a guy that lives in my town and has a fab shop 50 miles away and he registered tonkincue.com and it takes you to his site Bay Tank and Boiler.I have been just letting it go i feel anyone who needs business that bad wont be around long anyway.Some people just have no ethics or class.

I searched your name one time after Dave Whitzel told me about your machinery.
That's just a lowlife move.
 
It's funny to see all the similar names.
I have to admit I was on AZ for months before I realized some of you guys were two different people.

I found the Gracie cues when one of his customers wanted to send me money. Good thing I questioned why he was paying me.
