Dippy, if your trying to make Scott pay for things he has done then just say so, your not God but are trying to play with him like you are. Your accusations about Scott have no bearing on a court case and would not even come up in court plus it has nothing to do with you not paying either. I get it Dippy, you think Scott is a bad guy and treated you badly show your showing him and making him pay, brilliant.
Nathan, don't forget about the chop-chop. SF might have beaten DD out of 100 large, but after the chop-chop, consisting of maybe four of five entities, how much do you think SF really pocketed?

I'm not so sure I understand. I've seen Scott Frost with his girlfriend(s) in the past, and he treats them like a porcelain doll in public.
That said, I do not agree with violence. I don't care if it's a man or a woman doing the assault and/or battery.
Don't think women's hands are lily clean either, DD. They can drive a man to do things they wouldn't normally do. Not saying a woman deserves to get hit by a man, but sometimes women strike first. 80/20 can be a good deal if playing 10k a set, after all it's a can't lose situation for the player while the backer gives odds on his money.
I would play a 10k match with me getting 2k if I win, and no need to pay if I lose.
I do not have a sister, lets not go there about my mother, she is no cougar, lmao. I answered all your questions in my thread so check them out. I did not hold back and was honest. I do not know certain things as fact, I just know of my dealings personally with him. I do not trust many people, a handful in my life and especially in pool. I still do not get what your accusations of Scott have to do with you not paying Scott or taking the truck which he payed for. So taking his 10k and the truck is right in your mind because he was pissed he got stiffed. I highly doubt Scott is going to risk the trouble trying to "rob" you in front of everyone in the poolroom if you did not owe him the money for real.
Things dont add up Dave and I am not an idiot, your story has too many holes in it. You provide the damn recording, you got some pull in LV right?, you prove it and it will be done, you tell us who was with Scott and who was with you along with the time and the exact place at the Aria you met, you never answered about those questions because you already got busted on that one with Billy.
Maybe that's acceptable to you, Roy, but my horse thought it stunk to high heaven when the offer was made. Players have expenses, too. By the time he paid his expenses, he might not even break even, and that's only if he won. If he lost, he'd be out all the travel/lodging monies. :sorry:
80/20 split is not the norm. I've heard of 60/40 and even 70/30, but 80/20 is a joke.

I realize the stakehorse of putting up all the cheese and stands the biggest risk of losing, but the player is the one performing -- you know, "Dance, Monkey, Dance" -- sometimes all night long or a couple days to win that cheese. After expenses, the player, even if he wins and pockets 20 percent, might only break even. That is all I am saying.
Of course, if I played good enough for somebody to offer me a free shot at 20 percent, I'd jump in a heartbeat. Players who know how hard it is to win, don't think a 20-percent slice is very filling. In fact, some find it insulting.

This post just proves that you don't even have a clue of what you are talking about. Not about pool, and not about life in general. Maybe it's time you get your rose colored glasses off and start seeing things for what they really are.
My advice to you, go back in the shallow end of the pool. You are trying to sound like you belong in the deep end, and you don't even know how to swim. Seriously, you really don't have a clue of what you are talking about. Go learn some before you start spouting off about how things should be, or what makes pool bad. To be honest, one of the things that make it bad, are guys like you spouting off total B.S. to try and make the game look bad.
Instead of engaging the debate and refuting his points you went right to the insults. You could have at least offered a counter point attached to the insult. It would've at least held some weight...you know "clued" him in. A lot of what he brings up is of legitimate concern amongst a greater fan base with in this sport.
I'd also like to add that I won't return the negative rep received by you in this thread because I don't feel like a thread like this would be a fair assessment of the reputation you may carry as it pertains to your knowledge of the game and how it might help or not help others. I think the rep button is better used in its rightful capacity. Its not a popularity button.

I don't use the rep button for popularity, as the past 'gamers' know. I have given more red in this thread than I have my entire time on the forums. I don't red rep because I just disagree with someone, I will red rep when I believe someone is just trying to antagonize and flame a thread. Which is why you guys have gotten red. I also have recieved red for red-repping. Those clowns did it just because they disagree with me. So be it, I can handle the 24 points I have lost from them. But, now I know a little more about them.
Basically, I'm sick of the trolls on here that flame just to flame. If someone is truly ignorant about something, I will try and help them. In this case, they just want to flame and don't care about the truth. If more people would start using the red button, which I am going to, then maybe some of the trolls would go away, and this forum would get better.
I and others have put out well formed opinions. I haven't blatantly ripped on anyone with out at least backing my sentiments up with a reason or purpose. Its not unreasonable that I continue to add my .02 as long as others are and its relevant, or until the thread is locked.
I haven't baited without a willingness to engage in debate over it. By bringing different perspectives to the table the debate can rage on with greater value. I don't consider that trolling.
If I was a troll or trolling wouldn't I have been weeded out of this forum after 4 years. Would I have as much rep as I do now if that was my style.
LOL! Have you checked your standings in rep? Since you want to use that as a measure? 4 years, and that is all you have, and you somehow think that is good? You rank right in there with the people that very rarely ever post. Nothing wrong with that, but since you seem to think you contribute so much, why doesn't hardly anyone ever green rep you?
