I still think Dave didn't pay. Dave knew Billy was in on the bet. I am sure that Billy and Dave were in contact.

Sometimes it's not the money. Who cares if 50k is not much money in the poker world - Dave's not stiffing the poker world - he is stiffing someone in pool in a way that can't be proven one way or the other.
