Scott Frost is one the most untrusted people in all of pool. He is loud obnoxious drunk. He is the cockiest human I think I have ever met. He is a great pool player no doubt but he is geniunely a bad person. I have seen his show before besides the pool playing its far from impressive. He has dumped numerous times. So to say ohh I believe scott over dippy is pretty ludacris. Guy blew at least 400 k paid off like a champ with a smile. Never once did I see him mad until the freezer antics. I watched him blow 100 k to Gabe and Corey and smile and joke after he paid off. Scott frost gets anything he deserves and the pool world should outkast him for maybe running the best action the pool world maybe has ever seen. Seriously who had ever blow 400k in few week span playing pool?????????besides dippy dave????????????

P.S. ... one thing I have realized from this that I will be spending less public pool time and start more personal playing time along with family/work time from now on. It was a fun vacation but it gets old and even though the share of good people I have met outweighs the scumbags and know/do nothings in the pool world, it just is not worth it to me.

Lenny, if that is what you have taken away from all this, then you have learned a lesson that is worth more than any "score", no matter the size.

It is not a small thing to live in peace with yourself and your life and your family. That is the stuff that makes happy, satisfied old men out of naive young 'uns. The other only makes miserable old men, full of regrets and lingering self deception, secretly wishing they had a do-over but unable to admit it.

Yes, but I think that statement goes both directions. Dave has said enough that could be taken that way as well, so if something were to happen to scott it would be the same.


This isn't a little spat. I do not think it is just going to get swept under the rug.

I think dave should have taken the settlement offer ( other than paying the whole debt, that was his best option).



I love how he keeps saying that no one should expect him to just sit there and take the beat down that he brought on himself, but he expects scott to just take whatever he wants to dish out!

So it is okay, for Dave to continue a set that he already lost after whining to get his way. Then not pay off, then make the guy go to meet him and be a no show repeatedly, then get into some action under scotts nose! Dave thinks it is perfectly acceptable for scott to put up with all that, and that there should be no consequences for the series of events that Dave initiated, BUT when some consequences do come, he can't take the heat!! Classic double standard!

Once again-- ALL THIS could have been avoided by Dave paying off when he lost! None of this would have happened! By ALL accounts this is a true statement. If Dave had paid off when he lost the set, it would have been over! If dave never wanted to play scott again, fine. But it would have ended there!

So, dave you can't just act like a poor victim in all this! YOU chose your course of action! Just as you say " he had to know I would take the truck, I can't just sit there and take that" The same is true of you. You had to know that you can't just cheat, run out on your tab, make the man chase after the money you owe him and disrespect hime and have nothing happen! Are you claiming to be that ignorant? Really?

Some things you say make a lil sense but you are all over the charts...you are free with your opinion & this is a public forum but lets just say..If I wanted financial advise I'd go to somebody that got money...If I need relationship advise...i'd go to somebody that's been married for 50 years...here is a direct quote from our previous convo.
