Did Jesus play pool? Who did he play? What speed? What was his strongest game?

Efrens road name was "Ceasar Morales" ,not Jesus.

If your referring to gods son then no......they didn't even have "feed the christian to a lion" yet.

And then there was Jesus Helfert, an ancient ancestor of mine. He played lights out until he got bitten by religious fervor and became a Tibetan monk. After thirty years someone put a pool table in the monastery and he began to play again. Last I heard he was playing $2 One Pocket in Pocatello, Idaho.

OK Tramp Steamer how in the world did you get Jays password?:p

if you must know, he played straight pool. After all, it was the inspiration for this shirt: http://www.pooltees.com/products.php?cat=11

I was pondering this question today and figured I would ask my fellow az members what they have heard on this topic and their opinions as well...

We have a guy who comes into Banana's Billiards in San Antonio who has definitely burned one too many. I mean down the road burnt.
He walks in one morning and walks straight to me and says. "Lewis I had a vision last night and I was playing Jesus Christ."
I've listened to this guy before and tried to walk away but he would not let it go.
He continued ," We played 14.1 and he broke and hit a masse shot. The cue ball circled the rack 3 times and then hit the head bal making the corner ball and he ran out!"
"What did you say then " I asked?
I said to to him," I bet you can't do that again, and he did it. I don't care what they say, the dude can play"!

This conversation actually took place!!

truthfully....

Look I used to run with Jesus....

here's the bottom line

jesus was only about a 6speed but was a 10 with the ladies

I personally witnessed this in the fall of 04....go ask Earl and Ronnie Allen if you can't take my word.

He did play, and he played the best of them all.

We all know, from another thread, that players from yesteryear played way better than todays one-trick-pony-players, so just imagine how good Jesus was back then!!! He played all games perfect, with one hand, no chalk and his eyes closed
