I tried posting this yesterday, but mid-post I was disconnected.:(

1st....Grats to Mitch for taking 2nd place at the Swanee.

2nd...Why hasn't a sponsor jumped up to grab this great talent? Mitch is a great player and is a rarity in the pool world. He does not do drugs and rarely have I seen him drink more than 1 beer.

A big sponsor would do well paying airfare and entry fees to have Mitch represent their product. I'm sure they would get their money back plus.

JMHO but whoever snags this yong man will not regret it.

Mitch is very impressive to watch. I had to ask several times if they changes tables cause 4 inch pockets don't scare him one bit. I think he shot ridiculously well on that tight equipment.

He was firing rail shots all night long when I saw him play.

I was impressed with Mitch too. Besides a very accurate stroke, he's got an incredible power game. His banking and kicking are just sensational. I saw him kick balls in on the practice table like the shots had eyeballs.

During one of his matches, some members of the audience were talking loudly enough to bother him. He walked over to them and politely asked then to keep it down without making a big fuss. He's the kind of presentable player who should be sponsored.

The other player who I thought was very professional and had a nice demeanor is Amar Kang. I played Amar and he wasn't playing very well (for him), but he totally kept his cool and was a perfect gentleman. He's very professional at the table and polite.

Pool really needs more players like Mitch and Amar.

Mitch makes the game of pool like a lot easier then it is!iam a fan of his, every time i watch him play,i root for him,he is great for pool.

Mitch can play with anyone! He is that good! Given the opportunity he could win a big one. He just needs a little more seasoning in big tournaments.

And he won the event 2 years ago, beating Oscar in the final.

I've known the kid for a few years now and had to share my first experience meeting him.

I was playing an Olhausen Tour Stop (which is long gone here) and I was racking the balls on one table. Well, Directly behind me Mitch was playing a match and he broke the balls as I was trying to tighten the rack. It sounded like a ShotGun had gone off right behind me. I looked back to see him pocket 6 balls and whitey sat spinning in the center table.

He's a very good kid and any sponsor would be happy to have him.

Don't forget that he Double-Dipped Parica in the US Bar Table Championships in 2008. Took 2nd place in the BCAPL 9-Ball Event at Nationals in 08 or 09 to Tyler Edey. 3rd in the 9-ball US Bar Table in 09 losing to Darren Appleton and Glenn Atwell (who finished 1 and 2 in the all around). And probably more that I'm forgetting. And he's only 24 years old!

Mitch won Swanee two years ago and may have won this year if he didn't run out of gas.

Incredible player!!!!
