yep... i just cashed out of Poker Stars!
Fraud is the homage that force pays to reason and in the end, secures for its companions repentance and shame.
Whoever is detected in this shameful banking fraud whether it be Pokerstars, Full Tilt Poker, or others will ever after not be believed even if they attempt to speak the truth. In their line of business, they must be above reproach.

The welfare of their customers and their customers' accounts in particular has always been the alibi of those businesses, and it provides the further advantage of giving the customers of those businesses a good conscience.
Been getting robbed
The poker sites have been ROBBING the public since 2006 when they began initiating ROBOT players to fill out the games. The robot players were originally programmed to not win but to lose, lets say, $1 an hour. That way they couldnt be accused of cheating, but in reality they are increasing their cut by about 10% an hour.
For example: in a ring game of 10 players each putting up $110 with $10 of the hundred going to the house that should leave $1000 available for the players to win. That amounts to a 10% chop. Bad enough. A ring game usually takes around, or under an hour. If there is one robot in the game and it is programmed to only lose $1 an hour that means that his contribution to the total pot is only $1. So now the total pot to be chopped up is only $901 which amounts to a further chop of almost another 10% for a grand total of 20%. A 20% chop would stop an artillery shell. Now that is with one robot in the game. More can be added.
Plus, in the big tournaments with hundreds of players, the robots never win the tournaments but they do come in 4th, 6th, 12th, etc., and drain off money a real person could have won.
It was possible to win before the robots were introduced. But now it amounts to highway robbery and they have been doing it for years. How are all those guys that were killing the games in the early days been doing lately? Many are probably too embarrassed to admit that things have gone sour.
The sites do even more evil than what I have just shown, but I hope I have shown enough to make the point.

Correction, you just attempted to cash out on stars. Even though it may show a 0 or whatever balance it doesn't mean the bank will send it through as there are a lot of banks that are involved with this. As of now I haven't seen one post that anyone has gotten their funds after cashing out AFTER they officially were not able to play for real money. I am waiting as well and took a picture of the transaction just in case...I doubt I will see it for a long time till this gets cleared up though.
Edit...there is a lot of reading material on 2+2 and pocket fives now including petitions to get it up and running again. I would not deposit on the few sites that still allow US players to play as they may be next. I know one (I think Bodog) from pocketfives mentioned that US players could play but not cash out lol...kind of dumb to deposit there huh.

Very believable! You mean you thought that gambling on line was on the up and up all these years...? Let's see...offshore banks...check...shady characters...check...no real physical addresses in the US...check...gambling...check...millions of suckers/I mean players...check...etc, etc, etc. Oh yeah...I can see how people thought this was an upstanding honest business...for sure.
Wow Beard, that's really informative to me! I thought I was going crazy. I made a living playing online poker before 2006. I was on the PoolRoom, Hollywood Poker and Tower Poker sites. Killing it! After 2006 I had to play on the American sites and NEVER got above even. I lost 7 times in a row on FullTilt with AA!
