I played on it rough conditions but I guess outdoors 130 deg plus in desert with tons of wind blowing chaky dust will do that, but the rates were good free pool and free beer. Burning Man is definitely an experience.

Guys, we should all put this to a stop. Why do we, as human beings, keep adding fuel to the fire in this sort of situation? After all, Marty is just another human being. He has problems all right, but let him be. All these threads serve no purpose other than to make him sicker.

I think Jerry did the right thing...he now has documented proof in case of

Oh, don't get me wrong. The response wasn't specifically for Jerry, just a thought that should be applied to us in general. I received private messages from Marty himself, and since I responded to the other Marty's thread, members of the forum PM'ed me for wanting to read Marty's emails. I refused to do so because I believe the word 'private' plays a big part in the whole private messaging idea. That is all.
Points of these threads are loud and clear. We do not need additional -- and IMO unnecessary -- emphasis anymore.

You don't really get it do you? When a person gets banned then it's teh BEHAVIOR that the mods want to stop. Not the PERSON.
On the INTERNETS you can only judge the BEHAVIOR.
Who are you talking to right now? You don't know do you? You think that John Barton is speaking to you but it could be Karen, it could be Stanley, it could be anyone.
So even if the JB Cases identity gets banned then "I" can come back under any identity that I want to but "I" will have to change the behavior that caused the ban in the first place.
No, and guess what genius, if either I or the antagonists had just ignored each other prior to any of us getting banned then the behavior that led to the bannings would have gone away.
Do you think Marty isn't here? He is. He reads the forums and he posts. Only he can't be "himself" or that username will get banned as well. There is no law that says everyone must post and be identified by their real government identity. And no rule on this forum to that effect either.
This was the whole point. Even if you post emails that you claim came from someone you have no real proof of that and posting them on a message board only serves to cause more flames. It's not "legal" proof as some seem to think. In fact it's only proof that someone is willing to post up inflammatory words and attribute them to someone else.
Do you know how easy it is to spoof and email account and send an email as if it came from somewhere it didn't? Same for text messages on the phone. Not saying that this is the case here but the fact that it's possible should give a person pause when posting purported private emails and text messages.
