Q Masters altercation?

#2 would be England, Oork pies, mushy peas, Real Fish and chips, cornish pasty, awesome countryside and history if you are into that. The Weather kinda sucks though. I lived there til I was 21

Oh.... I hear you on the Fish and Chips! When I was stationed in Scotland, however went out that night would have to bring back several orders of fish and chips for those that had duty and couldn't leave. 29 years and still haven't found anything here that even comes close to what they served there. Absolutely delicious!!

You are correct sir. I have almost given up trying to get good fish and chip here as I keep getting dissapointed. The closest I found was at the Village inn that was next to the Palace Billiards in Albuquerque. NM.

I don't disagree with you as a person but I do do mostly disagree with your post below.

Your cousin deserved his jail time. He should have kept his cool and he did not. He blew up and lost control in a public place and attempted to injur another citizen, in a tavern no less. Hopefully he learned some valuable lessons in how to be civilized, have proper manners in public and not to hit others no matter what they do to instigate the situation. He's exactly the kind of person who should go to jail to be rehabilitated for his violent crimes.

I don't agree that we should incarcarate drug addicts.

My cousin went to prison for a year for a very stupid reason. Believe it or not he was playing in a pool league that night  and this guy gets in his face over nothing. He told the guy to calm down and take it easy.... the guy just wouldn't stop and after about 20 minutes and my cousin had enough. He got up close to the guy and then whacked him hard in the head (not a swing) with his pool cue and the dude started bleeding out. They're hundreds if not thousands of very small blood vessels in the face and head so when you get cut it gushes. He told me later that he didn't really hit him that hard he hit him just right.

Unforunately the court didn't take his case lightly and chraged with with attempted manslaughter and one year in the pen. He also said since it happened in a billiard league there were tavern laws involded aswell. I don't know how much of that is true but this happened in southern florida if anybody knows anything about tavern laws.

Point being is going to jail or prison for non volient crimes is a joke. People do or get caught up in major BS and the time they think its safe it isn't. I would trust Rodney and Chohan and my cousin. I believe that not all excons are bad and mean well. I've never been but the guys I've met that have been to the big house don't want to go back. So time served is time paid and that's the point. When you get out you should have a clean slate to people (maybe not jobs) but we all know this isn't true... Sad but true.

I never said anything about drug addicts being incarcarated. And yes I know Tony ver well and would trust him in my home. I think that youre taking the whole drug dealing thing a bit far saying things like deals being done around my loved ones. That would never happen. I see yoru point but im sure that most people wouldnt do such a thing.

I also think a year for a petty assault is a little much dont you?? Hell I know guys going blow for blow with each other and they may get probabtion. This btw was my cousins first offense so I do think it was completely bang out of order to give him such a huge sentence. Just saying.....

Mark you need to come to my work!!! Ive had British people tell me its the best they have ever had since leavign that foggy rainy cloudy little Ils you call a country.. Words straight from the mouth I swear to you

The United States has more incarcerated than any other country in the world. One out of every 100 American citizens is incarcerated, and of that, 95 percent of those who are incarcerated are in jail for substance abuse-related crimes.

If the U.S. would regulate marijuana use, as they do cigarettes and alcohol, the jails would not be quite as crowded. Colorado is leading the way with state-regulated pot stores.

FWIW, T-Rex was set up by a pool player trying to save his own neck. Tony was a courier who was trying to make a quick buck, and he took a gamble in doing so. He's a good friend of mine, and I know he's a nice person. It pains me to see him give out 7 years of his life for a one-time mistake in judgment. Like pool, he went for the long shot in the corner pocket, hoping to score a win. Instead, he got big L for a loss and is doing his time. I can't wait for him to get out.

As far as Rodney goes, he has the admiration of many a person, not only because he shoots extraordinarily well, has an amiable personality to match, but he isn't a rat, like the pool player who set Tony Chohan up.

If I had been busted for all the transgressions I've made in my life, and I'm almost 60, I'd probably still be in jail. Everybody has skeletons in their closet, and nobody is perfect. As such, we are all members of God's human family.

The reason is in N.A. they choose to use the politically correct vegetable oil instead of beef rendering.

T-Rex could have bought a medical card in CA, grew a warehouse full of weed, sold it to a club and been legal. His mistake was driving through states that still act like weed is crack. I have a hard time believing anyone who actually knows Tony thinks he is a bad guy. How many hundreds of thousands of dollars is it going to cost overall for keeping him in jail?

75 years later, Reefer Madness is still going strong.

Well, sure. But did they actually go out in the ocean and catch the fish for you? Just sayin'.

Funny but if they paid people to be informants they would get further to the bosses. Cop says... "How much you make on thie run??" 5 large??? "I will give you that and 3 more if you hand me the right people!!"

With the amount of money they spend on failed (and I mean FAILED!!) Missions they could get the bad guys by paying off the mules. It makes complete sense does it not?? I mean that is want the bad guys do!! Plus they police could use drug money as their bankroll.

No matter how many bosses they take down they're 2 or more to replace them. Go after the cocaine and meth guys not the pot farmers!! I'm not an advocate for weed but I could give a crap if you like to smoke. Hell I've smoked weed with top pros and thought nothing of it!! Weed is safer than alcohol!! How scary is that

Good post, imo

And I think there should not be litigation when there is a fight when two
people AGREE to fight.
Being bullied is another thing, it's like being mugged.
I had a friend who I had to intervene for more than once, 'cause he was
pro boxer, his hands were considered 'dangerous weapons' and he had
been charged once when he didn't start the fight.

This whole time I thought quiet desperation is the English way. Who knew they were brawlers?

Ok, I am going to stand slightly corrected here. Rea English Style Fish n Chip are a different thing all together BUT if you ever get a chance to go to Rack'Em Billiards in Medford, Or and if Dave has been fishing he makes maybe the best beer batter fried Halibut I ever had. The batter is soo fluffy and tasty along with Bigh flakey chunks of white fish mmmm.
Be careful, I will start calling you again trying to find a reason to come up there. :)
