Q Masters altercation?

You are contadicting yourself. You say peeps should roll over and then you say you do the crime you do the time.

I come from the old school that you do not rat no matter what.Narks,stool-pigeons and such are weak punks who weasle thier way out of doing the time that thier crimes otherwise dictate.

Often the Nark is desperate to stay out of jail beacuse he/she is drug addicted and will do anything to feed the habit.Cops just perpetuate the addictions by allowing the nark to stay on the streets-even providing them with the drug in some cases.

IF you want the deal you have to talk, that is just the way it is. IF you don't talk the other guy will. If you think there is honor among the guilty your just in a fantasy land.
Things where better in the old school, but things are not the way they used to be.
Do I think Tony was harming anyone with what he was doing HELL NO. was it Illegal? unfortunately it was. Weed is a great plan that helps many. this can not be debated, I don't care what anyone says.
If I had to flip to stay free I think I would, but I don't put myself in the situation to have to make that choice.

What really makes me sick is Tony and Howard Vickory went in on the same week in the same state. Tony was transporting weed and Vickory was touching his niece and other children and they both got the SAME sentence. That is just sick. How is touching children and transporting a plant equal? ITS NOT

Fighting and competition are two sides of the same coin

Fighting and competition are two sides of the same coin  and the coin is usually spent on the hottest women

Tee-hee! :grin-square:

Hey, is this a comma splice or not? Which one would you use?

Example A: The facts are clear, we've reached an interesting interaction where regulation and technology can provide consumer protection into the future.

Example B: The facts are clear. We've reached an interesting interaction where regulation and technology can provide consumer protection into the future.

Example C: The facts are clear; we've reached an interesting interaction where regulation and technology can provide consumer protection into the future.

Just reading the above, it looks like there should be a period or even a semicolon after "clear." If you listen to the audio, though, I'm thinking a comma.

This is why sometimes it is necessary to actually *hear* what is said in order to apply the correct punctuation.

Which one do you think?

Luckily in this case correct punctuation does not require hearing the sentence. A semi-colon is correct punctuation. A colon would also work. Making them two sentences is technically correct but does not link the two ideas as effectively. A comma is without question a grammatical error. Best choice I think is a colon actually, because you are about to introduce a list of "facts" mentioned in the initial clause. This is precisely the function of a colon. Good thing I didn't get sidetracked posting on the original topic of this thread ;-) What was that again?

I would use whatever WORD tells me to

I've never actually seen him before this - he's makes an interesting presentation. He's quite a character.

Yes, but frankly I think all the emphasis on posturing and intimidation is the very opposite of what the game needs. At the table I prefer to see people behaving like gentlemen and not like door security on a lunch break, but hey that's just my view. If I only cared about winning then maybe I'd think differently. My aim though is to win AND to spend an enjoyable time with another human being.

Either way, when Lee speaks four minutes into the video, I doubt he intended the line literally. :)

What, are you kidding me? Because you fornicate the same woman, that's a measuring stick of a man's character? You have really crossed the line with vulgarity this time, buster.:mad::mad::mad:

Just to throw in 2 cents on the pot conversation.....

I'm not trying to argue with you or stir the pot and I'm sure Tony is a a nice guy or whatever but he is going through a rough time because he committed a crime and got caught. Regardless if he was set up or not facts are facts and this rough time you speak of he is going through is because of choices HE made, and even if he was here to defend himself I don't see how he could. People make bad decisions and get punished when caught, life goes on that's about all you can say..IMO

I have a customer who is a cop. He was telling me a couple of days ago, that the pot laws are about to change nationwide. I am assuming he was talking the Federal laws on transporting pot. He said for it to be a felony, you had to be transporting over 32 pounds. Get caught with 30 pounds, it will be a misdemeanor.... I have a feeling, if this happens, the price of pot is gonna go way down, and the whole U.S. is gonna start to mellow out. People just layin around stoned all over the place. Might take an hour to get a cheeseburger at a fast food place. That is, if the server's don't eat it before it reaches the counter.

He's partly right. What they're talking about in Congress is changing the law to allow State's full authority over governing the marijuana sales in their State. As it is now, technically, some of the States, like Colorado, that have marketplaces and are growing marijuana on site, even though it is State-regulated, it's illegal federally but not by the State.

Once the Feds relinquish the authority fully to the States, we will see some changes for sure.

Here's what the DOJ says about Federal laws (today) regarding marijuana ---> HERE

Yeah, that was a bad choice of wording in this regard. :embarrassed2:

"Boning a couple of chicks" is disgusting and disrespectful of women. It is regarding women as if they are pieces of meat, to be used and discarded thereafter. Besides, I thought Appleton had a girlfriend. I wonder what she thinks about him boning the same chicks as Mickeyfrost.

Some things are better left unsaid. There is usually an honor between men when it comes to this topic. Most mature men don't discuss this topic in public.

Lady, you just don't get it. I love it when women tell men what men do or don't do. I have a hint for you: men tell women what they want to hear so they shut up and leave them alone.

Man, you don't get it. I love it when men dictate their self-absorbed reality on others. I have a hint for you: Women pretend to like it, just so the men shut up and leave them alone.

Personally I bring it out on a silver platter with a fancy napkin and a warm butter pot and say.... "Your ribeye is ready madam..." :groucho:

Which women pretend to like it? They tend to biatch and nag and moan and cry like babies about it as far as i can see.

The fact is, women are OBSESSED with men, and talk about them endlessly. Men rarely talk about women outside a sexual context.
