wow can.t believe this thread went from talkin about mike too this!!! people getting ban.
i am not taking sides. i am very liked on this forums an i respect everyone.
i know juice personally hes a great guy an a good friend of mine. he was wrong for saying the C word too miss Jam... she might have went a tad bit far on the whole thing.. so did jamesRobert...
this is a friendly pool forums shouldent be any cursing or bad language. hope this all gets Resolved soon... i think yall should just say sorry for what was said

The support that has gotten him deeper are the ones who wish to continue using the word in public.
People might think it cleaver or funny..or whatever but it will end badly.
The guys chiming in saying what a great guy he is and then using the same word that got him banned only underscores that the message wasn't received.
If you find that you'd rather take an offensive word and sling it around in public to make a point, then AZB will pull up the welcome mat.
We have many interest to keep in mind, whether it is women or children or just people who don't bargain for verbal assault when they log into AZB.
41,000 members. Why on earth would you feel it is ok to say something so patently offensive and complain when it blows up in your face is beyond me.
Try it at work and see if you have a job afterwards.

I agree Robley. Everyone flared up and needs to relax now. Sometimes a good old flare up isn't all bad. It helps in the healing process. Now we should all breath in, hold it, put everything in a balloon and watch it float away.... and again, breath in, hold it, balloon floating away...
BTW, I am waiting to see how the principals of AZB would like to proceed.

I am glad you find that word as offensive as I do. I am honestly surprised that some people don't seem to think so.
Personally, I don't think Juice should be punished for things he didn't do. I am impressed with the wide number of friends he has including some respectable ones - I think he will be fine when he gets back.

Changing a temporary ban to a permanent ban on Juice based on his supporters' actions do not make sense in my world.

He is not my buddy. I don't know ANYONE on here. All I did was point out how rules get enforced very selectively on here. But you conveniently chose not to address that post.

I use the word daily... so does my wife. Maybe we're just bad people or maybe it's just a word and it's time for people to be grown ups.
Been that way for a long time - it should be a sticky on the top with the rest of the rules. Then people would have a realization when they sign up.
Once you realize it then it is easier to follow the rules. You can point out all the examples that are of the same level as a warning or ban but it is wasted air. I have PMs to prove it - all the way back from 2008 - I finally gave up trying to educate when the forest can't be seen thru the trees.
And the word by Juice wasn't typed out -- it may have been inferred - but no less of one than others have made recently to the same level. That doesn't make the use of the word justified - just makes it's ruling of the use of the word unjustified.

It's no worse than any other insulting word. People use them on here all the time.
