-Looking at redoing a couple tables. Dont want a table that is as bad as the one at my house now. Way nappy and slow.
It's nappy compared to Simonis, but it's not as nappy as that fuzz cloth. It's kind of in between. Personally, I'd rather 860 HR if you are covering a bar box and 760 for at home.
edit-
I just noticed that Championship makes a bunch of different cloths. I've played on the Valley Championship cloth.
championship cloth is a american company and they have a great product.not nappy or slow and priced great.
i won world 14.1 on that cloth and it played great.
mike serra the president is a good guy and big supportor of pool .
if it were me id buy championship cloth. they support the game and hopefully you will help support them.

I get a kick out of threads like this, as they remind me of how little people really know about the industry I work in, which also explains why there's so many import tables sold in this country instead of American made, built right here in the USA. First of all, someone mentioned Championship as being an "American" company...LOL...what's "AMERICAN" about it? Everything they sell to Americans, comes by way of MADE in other countries, like their cloth comes from Mexico...so what Americans are employed making their cloth at the factory mills? And when people talk about indorcing ChAMPIONSHIP cloth as the best, which blend of cloth are you talking about, or do you even know as Championship makes SEVERAL different weaves of cloth, woorsted and non-woorsted, do most of you even know the difference?
I am so sorry that no one knows anything but you............ you are the bomb!!

I have championship tour edition and it is fast, not nappy at all. It plays as fast if not faster than the Simonis at the local pool hall. Depends on which version of championship you buy.
