Show us your speed

If someone wants to show their speed. They need to play the ghost,,or whatever,,,in a video that is NOT chopped up in to individual games. And is shown as all one long video!! Period! Of the complete set.

I have a video camera,,,it's free to record as long as I want. I can cut out what I dont like ,,,and post the games I do like,,individual.But I cant put several of them back together again,,as one.

I think I could make myself look like a champion if I post a race to ten playing the ghost,,one game recorded at a time and on ten separate videos. I'll never mis!! And if I am wearing a different shirt and grew a beard,,,it's because it was a long race!!lol

Even a race to 3 ,,uncut,,would show what is being asked.

I agree and like I said earlier in this thread it wouldn't let me upload the whole thing to youtube. It said it was too long so I broke it up into a couple of videos. They are on youtube under eddie0776 I just grabbed the last four videos on there and posted them. The point of this thread was to see how everyone played not just me. There has been a lot of talk about how other people play and was curious to see how they played themselves. I was gonna try to do a ustream video last night and post it but I was too busy working on cues to even think about it. Believe me I am no champion nor ever claimed to be. I consider myself a low B player to decent B player.

Many players are wondering about how TOI works playing one pocket and straight pool. This came off pretty funny because I did it, however, I made a ball in my opponents pocket AND FORGOT! Then, the challenge was to DO IT AGAIN!

I missed your post before I posted my little rack. :eek:

Of course you are right. I've done what you have suggested in the past. Not this time though.

My rack was more of a personal accomplishment, than showing my real speed. Just take my word for it, I don't always get out when I play the 15 ball ghost. :D

I disagree, as I said in my post I only have a 1 gig card at the moment. You can only fit so much on it before it stops recording. If I knew the rules police was gonna get upset I would have went out and bought a new card and then posted a feature length movie! :)

I think most people are basically decent, but he automatically assumed someone was being deceitful in order to impress some people they have never met. Sure I could make myself look impressive by chopping up a bunch a video but why? I am just fine with people thinking I can't play. :wink:

The other person who posted multiple vids of himself may have had the same issue. I thought he did a great job.

I just meant of course he was right about people being able to appear better than they are by slicing and dicing up their videos. I haven't seen anybody doing that in this thread though. Personally, I don't really care because I do not base a players speed solely on whether or not the ball goes into the hole.

Post just one rack if you want. Just one rack at least gives us an idea of what someone looks like at the table. That's kind of interesting to me.
