I think I just seen glen on a Popeyes chicken commercial! Are you going start a lawsuit on Popeyes chicken because glen entered the property with your cash and left some of it behind in a pile of bones?
It could of been completely someone else in the commercial, my mind plays tricks on me every now and then.

Rob.M

I think I ate the bones!!!!!

I agree. Unfortunately for Diamond guilt by proximity happens all the time. Possession plays a huge role. I'm under the impression that at this point the rails are located on Diamond's property. Essentially at this point the angle will most likely be that they're in possession of stolen property.

Armchair lawyer or not, this isn't an outlandish assumption.

Doesn't matter if they know or not. They're in possession of stolen property. No I'm not saying Glen set out to steal but rather has refused to return the property after many many many opportunities.

I think people should keep in mind that the only person so far that I am aware of who have said anything about the rails being at Diamond is the same person who said he would take care of this mess months ago. Thats Glen for those keeping score at home.

So if you (not you specifically Bishop) are a person saying Glen can not be trusted because he failed to follow through on promises to return the rails it seems to reason maybe you should hold fire on Diamond until its proven thats where the rails actually are.

Crazy logic I know but worth considering.

<-----hopes no one ever says they left rails at his place

Just for fun - if it is true that Diamond is entirely unaware that these rails
have been stashed at their facility - doesn't that at the very least,
indicate they are monumentally incompetent in the management of
their enterprise?

I'm just saying...

Dale(formerly monumentally competent)

Have you ever worked in a shop or factory environment? I have worked in small ones and giant ones. I used to bring pistol and rifle parts into work and work on them in down time/after work. I saw more pet projects for cars, boats, guns, you name it than you can shake a stick at. I am positive at no time did the people running the company have any idea that any of that happened.

A set of rails will fit in a box about four feet long. You are saying Diamond is incompetent because they don't know that maybe possibly somewhere in their building is a four foot long box that someone brought in without telling them ?

Edit to add: This is if they are even there. As posted above so far the only guy saying they are is the same guy who said he would fix this mess months ago.

What kind of truck is the gangster driving? The rails might not be in there now, but they might be, and they for sure were at one time. I think we can string the truck manufacturer in on this lawsuit, right along with Diamond. What's the value of these rails? $400-500? We get some deep pockets in there and get the court (you guys are out of your minds) to consider damages and suffering during the time the rails were away from his unassembled table in his garage and we could have something BIG here.

Anyone know what kind of gas Glen uses? Throw the Oil Company in there.

Did the poor victim meet Glen on AZ? Throw them in while we are at it.

This thing will be worth HUNDREDS!!!!!!

I agree that it doesn't mean any incompetence if the rails are there. I have a warehouse and people bring stuff in and out all day without my knowledge.

I do think that naming Diamond in the suit is a bit much right now. But they should be contacted and told that RKC told the OP that his property is at their factory and could they please find it and send it back to him. That would probably resolve the issue faster than small claims court. The OP obviously doesn't have any power with RKC but Diamond does.

Small Claims? Haven't you been reading this thread? We've got cross-complainants and damages here. We are getting a jury in on this one baby.

I agree 100% the OP should contact Diamond. I did.

I just got off the phone with Greg Sullivan. He said he has no idea if any rails are there, what they would like if they were or who they belong to. The factory is shut down for the holiday and is in the process of getting back to normal after Tunica.

He also mentioned Glen isn't supposed to leave anything in the plant in the first place. The blame for this fiasco rests squarely in one place and that place is on Glen. It has nothing to do with Diamond.

It's a Gandy table. The rails and corner irons are not quite as easy to get ahold of as GC parts. At this point anyone justifying or playing down this situation is just an idiot. What do you think the OP should do? Throw the rest of the table away and write it off to experience? I'm sure he would much rather go deliverence on the situation. Get up in those woods and squeel like a pig boy!! Unfortunately we're currently too civilized for that, so legal action is all we have when someone pulls shit like this. Personally I wouldn't rest until I had satisfaction no matter how big or little the monetary value was at this point.

There are two types of snakes, vipers and constrictors. King Cobras are the world's longest vipers.

Did you know that the coffee berry borer beetle is ruining coffee crops around the world at the time of this writing?

I have no doubt of that. I think Glen probably doesn't have any idea where they are anymore and is just throwing things out there.

Is this the same Glen that you have been defending over and over?

This cancer that Glen has initiated and now is infecting Diamond.

But one thing for sure, Brunswick isn't involved....

Could be worse. They could be ruining bacon beans around the world at this time...

Are you high?

I will bet you $1000 you can not show me one single post in this thread that any rational human being could describe as me defending Glen in this mess.

GLEN IS NOT DIAMOND.

If you are a home builder and you contract with an electrician for certain jobs then I hire the same the guy for a completely separate and unrelated job and he screws me then by your logic I should be pissed at you. Makes total sense.

Glen screwed the OP. Period. Full stop. He should make it right with some kind of consideration for the bullsh!t he put the guy through. None if it has a damn thing to do with Diamond.

I would be more than happy to post that dime with Watchez whenever you want to.

How about this one nit? Send the dime to charity.

When I first saw the OP I thought:

"He's only two months behind. Thats not too bad"

Glen works on cuemaker time. No excuse for lack of communication in any way and a bad way to do business but my guess is the OP gets his rails back at some point.

Unless Glenn goes all Glenn and rails on the dude for posting here, tells him he doesnt understand the art of pool tables and sends his rails and money back in a box. Basically anything is possible at this point I guess.

I'm hoping for a warm fuzzy ending for all involved.
