were you without use of your table for 8 months. i doubt it. glen needs to do a better job communicating his intentions about doing the work or just not accept the work...

?? I have no problem with it when you have people posting that rkc made no promise when the rails would be returned..It's a good post.
The difference is that Glen will eventually post again, and he will address this. Once any legal issues have been resolved. I believe the only reason he hasn't addressed it here already is that he has indeed been served the legal paperwork, which is a smart move.
At least that is my opinion, based on his personality, and his history here.
Not making excuses or justifying anything. On the face of it, it doesn't appear to be good. Just observing.

You give the man too much credit, he's a basketcase. More likely Diamond told him to cease and desist because he is making them look like an arse.

You must not have been around a few years ago when he aired his troubles with diamond on here.. One thing you can say bout RKC is he will say what is on his mind no matter who he is speaking too. At times I wish I could do that but my filters are just too strong lol.
Glen is way to direct to ever make it in customer relation. He has zero kiss ass in him.
As far as the rails being returned, it doesn't take more than 5th grade reading comprehension to see that Glen recruited someone at Diamond to return the rails and it they dropped the ball on the favor, which couldn't be fixed until July 8th (yesterday).
The rails will be back soon and all the negative people can focus on Bonus Ball again.:grin-square:

Ditto,better yet why make a post describing what posters shouldn't repost. If quotes that are pertaining to this topic are making the thread harder to follow for you,then why make a post telling someone not to post something?
This thread reminds me of some of the ripoff cuemaker threads. You always have nuthuggers who don't want to hurt the value of their cue. Therefore,they act as if anything the cuemaker does is rationale and understandable.
Just because glen worked on your table and you love it doesn't mean he shouldn't be criticized for dropping the ball. Discussions like this should be front page news imo.
