Thanks, but the way Luxury worded it, I thought JA went off on some rant about Lee. Glad that's not so.

According to some of the players, they still haven't been paid. If they cannot afford to pay their staff not being able to make rent doesn't seem like much of a stretch. *But*, I would imagine you would have miss a few months, probably 3, before you were served notice.
In any event, if funding is established, I cannot see Lee, or anyone who has made public mention of funding difficulties being a continued employee. Reporting your legal actions against your employer is a sure fire way to get a poor severance package and free help packing your office.
When Barry went off the rails he may have well have been right, but he didn't do himself any favors either (other than cashing out his shares at the right time). Between hotel key-cards, ABP hit-n-runs, boycotts, payment failures, the public relations nightmares of BB, these "pros" look pretty amateurish.
My big question is how much worse can you make yourselves look? In 365 days I'm sure there will be an answer. Get a business manager fellas. Not just for Bonus Ball, for all of the players, and all of the events. And for the love of (Diety of Choice) do not post press or personal releases when you are angry.

I don't think most folks have those time consuming and income generating options.

I also don't believe I have read any stories of Max getting into fights, being arrested, dumping matches, being unprofessional, causing drama, getting into fights on the internet, living in his car, missing matches, getting drunk, gambling when he is broke, etc etc etc. This is no coincedence. Some people can figure it out and grow up, some people don't.

I have a friend that always seems to be content and at peace no matter how many negative things are going on in his life. I ask him the other day "how do you keep from complaining when things are going wrong, I know you have problems like everybody else."
He looked at me and said "I used to be a chronic complainer, I'd complain because I had to do laundry, clean house, fix my car, my job, my wife, etc....then one day I "real eyesed" that I'd never be able to stop complaining, it was just in my nature".
I was really surprised by his response "but you never complain, what do you mean when you say you could never stop - it appears you stopped?"

I just noticed that Lee is entered in the 8 ball as well. Was this also from an AZB member sponsorship? I didn't remember seeing his name listed a few days ago. I'm thinking maybe someone else sponsored him for his shot at redemption. After viewing him walking around the area yesterday enjoying a Starbucks, I highly doubt he's down to his last $17.
I wish I had the balls to ask for a handout, waste my opportunity by being a drunken idiot and then convince someone else to put up $550 for me.

To address some of your other statements: I'm sorry you started liking it, so did many of the pro players. The hiatus has made some of them very edgy. Just like an empty promise will.
I'm just mystified that people on here would want this to continue because they like watching pool.
Unless BB starts getting T.V. contracts they will fold.
