you received a case, the seller never got his money.
he has been appealing to you for over 5 months to be paid.
your excuses for not getting him his money have been many, such as, I paid using my mommy's credit card and she got mad & reversed it, my mommy is old and nuts, my computer has been hacked, I think the seller is nuts, I even think the seller is who hacked my computer, I'll get back to you Tuesday because it's a hectic holiday weekend and I have kids running around, and just give me a little more time to sell a few things I have listed so I'll have the money to send you.
All horseshit, nonsensical subtrafuge.
Bottom line, you got a case, nsafellow got no payment.
And since this thread started, others have come forward saying you've done (and tried) similar dishonest moves on them.
Maybe you can enlighten us on how you figure you are not a thief.
I say you are not only a thief, but you are a combination, a piece of sh1t and a thief.
As I stated earlier, while I am convinced that you are a p.o.s., I have no way to know whether you are the same p.o.s. who got popped for the drugs.
But we can only hope that it is you and that a nice cell awaits with a potentially very loving and special cellmate whose company you will enjoy.

When I sent you a pm asking what the dispute was you said this same story and said you would be on the phone with paypal and all that but never did anything. If you getting a break cue and a few others items like this was worth it then good for you. Send the cue back unless your mom took that too

I have saved a fair amount of money by his giving me excellent value for amount paid. Saying that - I would like to see him get his money back. This is an attempt to move in that direction.
I will pay nsafellow $20.00 of your debt if you pay him the remaining $60.00 and issue an apology publicly to him on this thread/forum. But I will only send it AFTER you send the $60.00. This will get him paid and may possibly get you moving toward repair of your reputation.

The "kangaroo court" wouldn't of given you a thought if you weren't out there porking people just to make a few bucks.
Selling nsafellow's case on Ebay was a real lowlife move, so just pay what you owe.
Most of the people I've known from Northern California are pretty cool, but you are a real bottom feeder.
I don't usually have any input in one of these issues, but I am confused. Daniels, please correct me if I misunderstand anything or mis-state what the situation is.
1. NSAfellow sent you a case.
2. You paid him using you Mother's credit card, without her knowledge.
3. Your Mother found out and reversed the unauthorized charges.
4. Paypal took the money back out of NSAfellow's Paypal account because you had used your Mother's credit card to pay, and she had not authorized you to use it.
5. NSAfellow is out a case, the $80 that you paid with the unauthorized charge card, and $20 for shipping.
I saw where you said NSAfellow has been paid. Is that after the fuss with your Mother, or are you still stating that the original payment that you made to Paypal with an unauthorized credit card was, in fact, the only payment to which NSAfellow was entitled?
Is it now NSAfellow's responsibility to haggle with your Mother in order to somehow get her to pay him the money for your unauthorized credit card use?
I am just asking for some clarification. You have the case, correct? Is it someone else's duty to pay for the item that you have in your possession, or am I misunderstanding something?
Just send the case back to NSAfellow....wait...I just saw where someone said that you sold that case on Ebay. Certainly, you did not do that, did you? If so, then someone should contact the buyer and Ebay. Then, the buyer would know that he is a holder of possible stolen property, and Ebay could seek some recourse, too.
