Little-known fact:

Cable techs are often 1p players. They schedule appointments between shots.. some time between 8 to noon or 1 to 5.

Just the pool grape-vine....he heard it mentioned in a pool hall.

He sent me the message two days after he heard it about the thread.....
....which is almost immediately.....for a one-pocket player
 
It is so slow I'm still reading this thread ...and I'm still on the 1st post.

Those early results are from the 1998 DCC.....
..Chris Bartrum wasn't shaving yet.
 
1P is so slow, that a guy tried to quit me halfway through the set
because he just heard World War II was over.

1P is so slow that my opponent's cue warped during a bathroom break.

1P is so slow that my opponent air barrelled me because he was supposed to get money
wired by Western Union, but indians shot the horse delivering it.
