Bonus Ball Playoffs February 5-15, and Schedule

WPBL Bonus Ball Playoffs are on. Here is the official poster, which has the daily schedule. This will be a single elimination match tournament - win or go home! The prizes total $120,000 cash. This is the real deal - there have been hiccups along the way, but the playoffs are serious business with serious money to be had.

For this kind of $$$ you all know that there will be serious play by everyone. if you are in the Las Vegas area, it is a must see. If you are elsewhere, there will be live PPV for every match.

Check the WPBL website for who is playing each day. As the tournament moves forward, the brackets will be updated as to who is left and who plays who after the first round.

WOW,I can't wait to see the playoffs.BB is a great game.I know several people

here don't care for it but I do and I hope it continues to grow.Good luck to the players

The majority of the players get roughly $2500 each maybe the captains get a hair more, if not it leaves $30,000 to play for, how that's divided I have no idea.

36 players = 90k min.

Would love to be as big as the NBA!

That's the concept - however, with only 12 teams, it makes sense to include every team in the tournament. The season sets the seeding order, which is critical. Notice that the first four teams get a first round bye, then enter the fray. A definite advantage.

The cheques will be available in Vegas later in the year and the players can come and get them in person. They will be handed out in the arena once the ankle chains are attached and the 2014 season is set to begin.
 
Are these the matches that have already been played?

If so, the players should have been paid already...

If not, what happened to the taped matches and how did their results factor into the matches referenced here?
 
What is being broadcast on the WPBL website now are all of the matches from the regular season, including the second part last November.

Everyone has been paid.

This tournament should be action packed. With $120,000 on the line and single elimination, every match is critical ( make that vital - win or go home).
