I have not read every single post of here, but from what I gather, I think most people were just trying to be funny.

What I have seen is there are alot of "want to be" moderators.

What I think there are a few that have complained, and complained, and complained.

So now this is where we have moved to.

I was only trying to be funny. I succeeded.

Regardless, Jerry is totally right, but 100 guys piling on is pointless. If people don't like the policy, they'll leave and if they do, they'll stay.

Yes it is ridiculous. These rules are necessary because it's
frustrating to have a legitimate cue/case/etc. for sale only to see someone start
10 separate for sale threads to sell 10 monthly copies of (fill in the blank) magazine.
No disrespect to the editor of said magazine, but to have a cue for sale only to find
it on page 10 later in the day is a bit much. I've seen people ask questions regarding
the item for sale, that if they would have taken the time to read the entire original
post, their question(s) would have been answered. A tip of the cap to you Jerry, for
doing what's right. It should be as simple as a) post the item for sale, b) send a PM
if you have a question pertaining to the item for sale, or if you'd like to make an offer
to buy the item.

the globe? He's bumped the thread like 20 times
it's ludicrous.

Like I said " Times gotta be tuff in Portugal".

Don't know if I'm wrong but isn't against the rules to post eBay links in the F/S section?
 
if your thread is deleted can you post another? Are you banned? If banned why do you keep letting them come back to be banned again and again like say John Barton? We know he does not play well with others and some things never change yet he is here again to sell his cheap cases with free advertising and still calls 58 year old members children? I am missing something here....
