Looks as though he has been keeping up on everyone's comments here and I'm sure now he realizes he is missed by most all on this forum. To those that wish he would stay away because of some silly nonsense about his spelling and grammar, there is bigger things in life to worry about than something so trivial.
Hopefully everyone took the time to read that great article Penguin posted about him. He's good people, loves pool, and I would be proud to have him as a friend and play pool with sometime.

I know I suck at spelling and grammar. It’s not the spelling and grammar that bothered me.
 
I tried to follow this thread while traveling out of the country for the past 10 days. I never saw any definitive answer to the original question on 'what happened to Cocobolo Cowboy'. I certainly hope that he's OK.
Did anyone hear from him directly?

Short answer.
He is alive. He has been reading this thread, as his online presence shows (last visit, viewing threads...)

As to why he is not posting, who knows.

If you realized how many innocent people have been killed by police doing wellness checks you would freak out. If anyone ever calls them to check on me ,if I live through it , I am going to go and give them some free lessons.
I actually met coco cowboy in person, he's a nice guy , we watched a tournament together and chatted a bit about nothing , which happens to be my specialty!
