Terry, thanks for the rep which I just noticed today; you brightened my day. As to the shirt idea, I borrowed an idea from a friend and modified it. When he was younger he used to play regularly with one particular opponent, a cousin or brother, I think. Anyway, whoever lost had to carry around a special coin with them to help them "remember" their loss. Also, whenever the most recent winner would call up or meet the other, the loser had to admit out loud that his opponent was the better player. This helped them keep sharp and concentrated because neither wanted to be the loser under those circumstances. It was a great idea, adding pressure to their matches without involving cash. Making it public, on a shirt, just adds to the incentive to win, possibly more than the dough, though probably not with the big bucks these guys play for today.
