It's only a suggestion, but for the pockets, I'd say take a look at the Chevillotte's tables. They offer standard plastic pockets, but they also have leather modern shaped pockets. Those leather ones are awesome and modern at the same time, check them out.

Ah you have to find what cue it is exactly. Because I can tell you that the Mezz ones are different. I used to have the SE-12 and it's not the same thread. I regular screw bumper with the cat on it, I can hook you up with, but it won't fit the Mezz SE.
