It was a stupid inmature post that was made. I can't remember who made it. I do hope that the poster that caused this has been dealt with or that they plan on paying the reward for Gina.
Rackem- now wondering if the post was made by someone on Gina's team.

Daag, Can someone PM me as to what happened... ima day late.

There was a lot of talk in the original thread of Rick being able to sue for breach of contract. I wonder how the original thread being deleted will effect any action that Rick might have been able to make in that regards. It seems to me that much or all of the proof is now gone.

Things could get quickly strange if he pushes too hard, because possession of stolen property is a crime with penalties more harsh than those allotted to the original perpetrator/thief.

Dave that just plan ain't right. That is letting her off the hook. :p The post was out of line but you could have just deleted the post and suspended the offending party. And maybe lock the thread.
I usually agree with most of what you do but not this.:(

What's done is done- all of it, the theft, return, renig, reaction- that said, I agree with 'locking' a thread as opposed to deleting it. I don't think we see enough locked threads here, though most boards have alot more admins!

Fine Line

I too would have like to seen the thread "locked" as opposed to deleted, but consider this point that Mr. Wilson touched on briefly. When you talk, it's slander, when you write it, it's libel. Easier to prove written words than spoken words. As much it is important, and our right to speak our minds, it is in somebody else's equal rights not to have their beliefs suppressed. Right or wrong, if someone really put their mind to it, this forum could be shut down, all of our private info could be subpoenaed and all of us hauled into court to give more money to the Gina's of the world. I firmly believe that what you deal out, determines what you are dealt, and justice will find it's way into this situation.

top again...This is sad...something has to happen, this is really like a soap opera for me, I just want to know what is going on...someone has to know?

I keep saying this but no one seems to respond, but anyways a lot of people have said they know Rick and talk to him, so what is he doing about this? what are his thoughts? Is he letting it go easier than we are?....Details pls :)

Top

not for hate, but there are still a lot of answers needed, that I would personally love to hear

If I missed a thread that addresses this, pls let me know

You havn't is my guess.

Interesting stuff no doubt. But I suspect the issue is simply dead.

Nothing but downside for either party by rehashing it.Better for all to move on and forget it I'd imagine.

Updates???

:D

Sorry, I can't let this one go, it's keeps eating at my soul....I wanna know if our boy has been paid....

Probably not.

And I hope she feels guilty every time she hits a ball with that cue. She is worse than the thief because she made us all accomplices in her robbery. She perpetrated a crime just as surely as did the original thief. The difference is that our laws call it a civil matter instead.

Well said John, rep to you bro....

We need Closure

I am wondering why we have yet to hear from Rick or anyone on the forum that knows him. I believe Pizza Bob had mentioned speaking with him a while back. I feel that the lack of closure to this situation might be a deterent to someone else stepping up in a similar situation and doing the right thing as Rick did.

Pizza Bob or other?

If this ain't solved, we need to raise some money for the good samaritan....
