Hey Petey, can I hold a Benji?? :p

CONGRATS my dear Trig!

Wow, 5000!

Congrats, kiddo!

Hope everything is well with you and your Mom! Tell her we're thinking about her.

Hope to see you soon and I get first dibs on buying you whatever that thing is you're drinking in your avatar.

Congratulations Trigger, but if I were you I wouldn't hope for a T-shirt. I thought I'd get one at 500, but noooooooo! Anyway, keep tossing out those pearls of wisdom.

Congratulations to one of the nicest and most gracious members of these forums. You are always so appreciative of your friends and you always make us feel so good with your posts & PM's. Thanks much valued friend!

I didn't even notice this, but someone pointed out to me yesterday I was on post 4,999 so this is my 5,000th post. Wow! I can't believe it!

As many know, I am taking care of my ailing Mom and AZB is my home away from home. I appreciate the welcome and camaraderie I get from AZB members, especially when I am overwhelmed and depressed - you all really help me out!

I seriously consider AZB family and no words can express how thankful I am to you all.

I realize it's not huge news or anything about 5,000 posts, but many people start their own threads when they reach this 'milestone' and so I figured I shouldn't be the exception. ;) lmao.

You know what I really like about you, Trigger?

Everything.

You get in there with us mostly guys, mix it up, make great comments, socialize a little, and generally contribute to the forum with cheerfulness and very little drama. It's a little embarassing to say this but I like seeing your smiling avatar face. I appreciate your sense of humor.

It doesn't surprise me at all that you would be a caregiver and I am sure you are an excellent one. I think one day, down the road, you will be very, very happy you did. Good luck to you!

Chris

Ps. how did you get the Trigger nickname?

Personally I think you are always Thread worthy Melinda. Congrats on reaching this historical milestone, I believe we need to have a drink to celebrate the next time we are in the same pool room. Take care and the best to your mom.

We are all throwing a big party for you at my house! When can you come?

Here you go Trig -- a dollar per post, and worth every penny:

Well, Congratu-5000-a-lations!

I think I've read every one of them at least twice. Usually, before I can finish, I get distracted by your avatars and have to start all over again. It's like your avatars are saying "Hey, Rubyron! Don't look at those words over there! Look over here at me, big boy!" :D

As a matter of fact, I think your current avatar likes me. Look what it keeps doing to me.

Here's a "toast" to your next 5,000.

Congrats kiddo!!
I'm not very good at this sort of thing but I have often wondered if people realize how much you have actually done for pool and especially in Texas. My gratitude is hard to express, but you are so very special! nobody in texas has done more for love of the game!

Yes, 5000 is just a number, Trigger. However, in your case, it represents a body of work that has enriched this forum very much. So, take a bow and thank you for your many contributions to our forum over the years.
