It looks like the 15 is past the point. Cue ball wherever you feel comfortable pocket the 15 and draw back 2 diamonds for shape on the 8. Am I missing anything?

Yes, but that didn't prevent you from running that table.
Is the stripe the last ball in your group or not? Unable to give you an answer w/o that info.

If I was playing a 2-3 id push the 8 onto the 1 or 15 and give them BIH just for kicks...
Heres a good quickie, years ago I remember a gal taking a timeout and her team captain told her to shoot her ball into her opponents ball. No balls had been made and the pocket was blocked similar to the OPs picture. This lady had played pool league for years and she proceeds to shoot a stripe into a solid:thud: Everyone just set there like the scene in Christmas Story when Ralphie drops the lugnuts and says "ohhhhh fuuudge". After some discussion between both team captains the league operator comes over and says "just put the balls back where they was" :withstupid: The only problem was she had packsprayed into about 3/4 of the balls on the table.... hip hip APA

I’m trying to comprehend what this thread is all about. My best guess is someone in APA played this shot like an amateur and someone was trying to prove that what they did was wrong after an argument or something. I’m guessing the person who started this thread said I’ll bet you 100 bucks that 99% of the responders say what the obvious shot was.

If it goes, then draw two diamonds as previously mentioned.
If it cant, I would try to double tap it in which was also mentioned by someone. Kinda of a hard shot tho, if not familiar with it maybe knock the 8 above the one ball and battle your opponent through safeties. That depends on your opponent tho.
