Accu-stats are the best ever!!

I been buying from the PPV section, where you can see a match online as a stream, been looking at the oldies matches from the 90s, I love them so much.

yesterday I was logging in ustream to watch the game-show that accu-stats bring to us, they give away free dvds, and its a fun game-show to watch, I enjoy this weekly event and have had lots of laughs.

long story-short, All of a sudden , I received a private msg in the chat section in that stream, it was jfred asking me nicely if I enjoyed the ppv archives and if I had any problems with them, how nice is that? Let me tell you that I don't even know the guys in accu-stats personally but they sure are gentelman in the business, I told him that I'm really happy with it, everything is fine except for some problems (Which is in my end) that i explained, I live in the middle-east, and our internet is not as good as the internet in europe or USA, so sometimes it gets laggy, and the video would keep buffering and stopping, and he said to me, whenever that happen to me again, just send an email and he will extend my viewing for couple days until I am able to see a full match with no interrupt, how nice is that? Now I said to him that I usually try to watch the matches late at night as the people in my country would sleep and the internet will be much better, and I was able to watch all the matches that I purchased, but still his offer was very nice and I loved them even more, but that wasn't ALL, listen to this.

he then told me to go to the archives and pick up 5 matches that I would like to watch, and then he would put them in the Theatre by my name, and will give me 30days view for free, I mean here I was speechless, this never happened to me, and the accu-stats are the best ever, I really live very far away from them, I'm sure they don't know me, just an internet screen name is what I am for them, but yet they made me so happy.

shortly one day pass, and the theatre was setup with the matches I picked, and the viewing for 30days is in my accu-stats account, and I already viewed two great matches.

I'm putting this msg just to show my appreciation to the accu-stats, and to say thank-you, its not to adv or anything, its just the littlest thing I could do to express how I feel about them in public for all of you, they're the best, and this is how to do business, even thought sometimes the problem might be in the user-end, they still want to make it right for you as a customer, unlike some other guys (hint).


P.S please forgive my poor English, its hard for me to put good words in writing, I hope that I sent the msg thats in my heart for the good guys(Accu-stats).
 
That's Old School behavior

I am not too surprised to hear of jfred going the extra mile for you.

He has helped me out several times with stream issues (at my end-I am computer challenged) during streams.

That's a good story about a good guy on behalf of a good company that puts out a good product for a good long time.

Customer satisfaction. That's Old School Behavior in a too often-too fast-too self absorbed-to help world.

Thank goodness, Pat Fleming began to create a record of pool. The archives produced by Accu-Stats is indeed a great resource of pool material. :cool:

Pat Fleming started Accu-Stats initially to document matches for statistical analysis. He created the Accu-Stats Total Performance Average, which today, of course, is a widely known and recognized measure of pool performance levels.

Today, Accu-Stats' products are the most complete video record of two generations of famous pool players.

Pat Fleming is doing alot by bringing Challenge Matches and spicing up the game at the simonis arena!
 
Pat is not afraid to try new things and change old things. He is going to hit a homerun sooner or later. Accu-State customer service is great and goes above and beyond. Johnnyt

Well said. It is also worthy of mention that Pat Fleming hands out checks to pool players at various events when he is present, giving them royalty monies for being filmed on an Accu-Stats DVD.

I can remember Jose Parica receiving several hefty checks. One was for over $800. That comes in quite handy with tournament expenses, and the recipients of these checks are always smiling when Pat gives it to them. It's usually kind of a surprise when they get it! :smile:

It is nice to see such nice things said about Accu-Stats. IMO they are, in all aspects, the best in the business. I have spent countless hours talking with jfred, aka Jim Fredericks, and really appreciate the way he takes care of business. I don't believe that there can be found a more fair and honest man when dealing with customers, that is not to mean that he would be less fair in other dealings. And as evidenced in your post, he can be generous as well, which is no surprise to me.

Kudos to Accu-Stats. They deserve the recognition for what they have done for the game. BTW, they have an awesome monthly subscription purchase program. Deep discount, and keeps the videos coming. Check it out.
 
Here I join the chorus; I should have led the choir Pat and jfred are tops and always have been.
 
The only thing wrong with Pat and Jim is that they are not cloned and distributed throughout all aspects of our game. They just don't come any better. I have done a few things to help promote their streams and Jim will periodically want to send a "little something" in appreciation but I just can't accept that as he and Pat already do so much for the sport. I feel what "we" can do is get the word out via Twitter and Facebook every time they are streaming and to shop at their store when the best quality video possible is what we seek.

Asbani: Thanks for this thread. Your heartfelt remarks does not come as a surprise to me. This is one of those things that just needed to be said! I'm sending some GREEN your way sir!
