Accu-Stats is too expensive

I know times are tough for a lot of us but if you don't realize what a bargain this is, you're crazy! Pat and Accu-Stats is a really class act. They don't cut corners. They

deliver a first rate product at a bargain. If you had any idea what's all involved in their tearing down all of their equipment in New Jersey moving it to the location and

setting it all up and getting any and all bugs out of the system. I believe that there are about 15 people in the crew that makes the trip, spend countless hours

tearing down everything, moving it all to the location and setting it all up again only to do it all again when they're done with the tournament. They all need rooms

and food for 11-13 days also. There's no one getting rich doing this, it's a "labor of love" but someone has to cover the costs involved. I can understand if you can't

afford to spend the money. Been there myself! But don't come on AZ billiards knocking Accu-Stats because you're broke or can't justify spending the money out of

your budget, it's not Accu-Stats fault! They're putting out a hell of a product at a very reasonable price, all things considered!

can you save the matches and watch them again later? if you can save them then that price isn't too high imo.

Accu-stats commentary, under guys like Incardona and Diliberto and Grady Mathews is well worth a high asking price...we take for granted that advice from such masters of the game should be free...many have paid dearly for that insight.

The OP remarked that commentary quality has dropped off. If that is the case, Accu-stats is playing recklessly with its future...great pool IS free to watch...in my opinion, the irreplacable value of Accu-stats has always been the great commentary.

$76 for a week is ridiculous and it goes up every year. Free streams have better quality video. Some of the commentators aren't even worth listening to. Half the time it's an empty table. I guess I'll just have to cherry pick which sessions I want to watch or wait until the 9 ball starts because I'm not going to pay that much.

It might take one very long time to realize what they really like the best in life, and welling to support it and help it remain around!

I agree it is slightly high but ok, but there is a lot of hard work that is really worth much more, consider they spend on Ustream server cost $500 or the $1000.00 a month, they are bringing what you and all pool fans like the most "action" to your din! what a treat. If you are to travel to see it you will shell out at least one grand!
I do wish they go around with the camera interview players at the hall, other rooms, bring in pool celebrity, woman players have naked! dirty talk, jokes-little dirty fine, have little recorded quality moments play during downtime, switch cameras to other matches, during low match moments, place cameras (low quality is ok) at every table so we choose who to watch, and great camera quality at master table, replay immediately (big one) .. make it a real live show, not that what we have is bad, but asking is ok..

I added during editing, save matches for play later, do not worry, no one wants to sell or can sell them, youtube is full with free stuff.

Lets keep them in business..Thank you ACCU, Big Truck, fastlenny, and all other streamers, please do not leave us.

FACT- The last time a ladies event appears in the current Accu-Stats catalog is 1999.
No ladies divisions covered. Only Turning Stone had ladies on the stream table going back 15 years.

The last time i bought (DCC) from them the stream went down after 10 mins and never came back up for the rest of the day. I emailed for a refund, they said no. Last money of mine they will get :/

I sorry but I cannot believe the part where you say Accu-Stats said no.

Maybe your live stream could have been lost. There has been connection problems and even paypal problems in the past.

I believe (and could be wrong about the match you are referring too.. but) the "unwatchable" woman's final was a CSI USBT event earlier this year which is covered by TAR but the scheduling choice was the event's not TAR.

The other recent and very watchable woman live stream events that I remember are SBE (Inside Pool Tv? and FREE).... Ultimate 10-Ball (big truck and FREE) ... I do not think Accu-stats has had a PPV coverage of a woman's event that I can remember... they may have done something for free in association with Turning Stone?? (maybe don't know)..

but the one with all the "buzz in the chat" was the USBT event.

i agree.. Accustats is a great stream.. an they do well.. an $8 per day is really cheap you get too see 3 Different tournaments an alot of world champions... an mods/techs are great as well... they doing a great job keep up the good work hope too meet yall someday:thumbup:
