It's amazing how often mail gets lost when it's sent by someone who already delayed shipment, asked someone else to ship the cue for them, and many other tried and true lame excuses. And of course, when USPS screws up ;) it's also amazing how often incomplete or less-than-useful receipts are produced, if at all.

Ahh yes, bad luck, that...

You are so right! I love how the postal service gets the blame everytime, especially when the shipper held the cue for a freaking MONTH! I guess that was their fault as well.

Its funny this guy shipped a $550 cue WITHOUT insurance or obviously anything else. People act like insurance is out the roof. I just sent a cue out of here (Alabama is slower than ANY other state) with $350 insurance and priority mail w/delivery confirmation. All of that was only $12.95 They got their cue a few days later but I wasnt in direct contact with the buyer to know for sure how long it took.

If you have no clue on how to ship cues, ask someone or DONT do it until you do!

HOLY MOLEY, i LUV it:wub: . having a virtual orgasm as i type.

Have you mailed it...got a trk'g #?

We really should have an election around the middle of DEC to see where it goes next:yeah:

Assuming that the cue was sent out on the 10th, what is the likelihood that after 10+ days in transit the cue will still be straight?

I have a hunch about what happened to this cue, but I won't be putting it on here. Because it is just that, a hunch. But if I'm right, Courtney will never see it, even if he waits a year.

10 days? Did the cue originate in the US and get sent to a US address? I'm in Japan and it doesn't take 10 days from the US unless customs stops it. Adam, dude, were you duping me, man?
MULLY

What cue????????????

What cue is right! You have tried persecution now try prosecution. No cue is in the mail. Adam is a whiney scammer that even blamed it in part on his mother. Pure BS......... Where do they come from? I'm Not Sure, But Is Claiming Something Was Shipped Using The Postal Service, And Falsifing Shipment, Considered Mail Fraud. I Don't Feel Like Doing The Research, But It Sounds Viable As Mail Fraud To Me.

P.s. Mail Fraud Is Easliy Prosecuted Across State Lines.

As I stated if it has not arrived by Friday I will do a formal inquiry with the Post Office and I will do whatever it is I can to scroung up the money for Courntney.

Formal inquiry, with no receipt, no insurance, a lame tracking number, and you didn't drop off the package..This should go over well. Adam you better get 550.00 together quick, or Courtney will be doing a formal inquiry with your local police dept.

I think mail fraud is selling a item on the internet and then acepting a postal money order and signing it and then not sending the product.:nono:

There are many possibilities:
Wrong Address, has that been verified? Adam,Did you address the package
A No Insurance package can be left on doorstep. Maybe the neighbor got it.
Heck, maybe Mom hocked the cue.:outtahere:

If the package was left at the buyers address it would show a delivered status @ usps.com

See why everyone was jumping his shit, mully.

He was using the same M.O. that several others have used in the past couple of years. All excuses and pointing the finger at everyone else.

Sack up, refund the money and track down the cue on your/Adam's own dime.

He cant refund the money because he doesnt have any. But what he does have is a Layani.
Hey Adam, send him that cue to hold as security till that Scruggs turns up.

Make sure to insure it, and save all the recepts, and dont ask anybody else to mail it for you.
