I have 1/2 a dozen cues that I will try to finish this year & then I'm done. I will continue to do repair work, but that is all. I have some health issues, that are not life threatening, but hamper my abillity to do the work. My wife, Connie, will help with these last cues & I think together we can get them done. It has been a fun ride, starting at a time that there were not videos or books to learn this craft & I'm sad that it will end. The good news is that I can still golf & for now I can still play pool. GOOD LUCK TO ALL...JER

I wish you all the best Jerry.

That's sad to heard Jerry. I wish you and your wife good fortune in your future adventures, and thank you for all the assistance you have given to us newbies and lower level builders. I appreciate the personal help you have given me and I'm sure that many others you have helped along the way do also.
I assume you will still stay and give advice from time to time??????

What ever we do, it is nice to retire. On the other hand ,it is nice to still have a hobby and interest to keep you ticking along.
All the best Jer, I am sure you will still find the time to be on the forum once in a while. Thanks for the help and comments over the years.

Thanks for mentoring me Jer. You’ve been an icon to many players in Northern IL for the last 20 years. Boy you have a black heart.

Jerry,

You are an asset to the Art, the craft, the business, the sport and to this forum. You are really one of the "Good Guys". I sincerely hope that you will continue to share your knowledge and experience. Thank you for being you.

Thanks a Million!!
Todd

Sorry to see you go. We have spoken on the phone many times and you have always been an encouragement to me. Thanks for all your help and the best to you and your family.

Good Cuemaking,
Arnie

I wish you well in your semi-retirement. I have always appreciated your positive manner on here and in all our dealings through the years even before there was an AZBilliards.

Sorry to hear about You health Jerry. I have noticed that whenever I get a break in cue work, (which isn't too often but on occasion) that My health seems to get better, so I can understand how It can effect underlining health issues and make them worse. I'm sure many of us will be faced with the same delima. Some sooner then others. 25 years is a pretty good run.

You are one of the people that have been open, and shared more then a few things that helped either save me money or make things much easier, and I want to thank You for that.
I hope retirement will treat You and Your family well, and hope that You will still frequent the forum.:)

Good luck and Happy Retirement.
Thanks for all the help.
I always knew that a post was a good one when it was signed. Jer.

God bless you Jerry, I hope what ever the problem is that it doesn't prevent you from enjoying the other things that keep you busy and that you enjoy. I have enjoyed and also been helped on a number of occasions by your posts over years, although I have never had the opportunity to play with one of your cues but I have never seen anything other than positive reviews.

I wish you and your wife all the best at what ever you choose to do next.

Respectfully
