Alex Pagulayan vs Dippy for $20K This Thursday. Watch it LIVE on TAR

thanks JB is there a chat room we can go too?

There is but I don't know where. I have elected not to chat as it seems when I do that I am unable to get a good stream.

You would need to ask someone else what chat server they are using.

Score is now 11:6 Ball count current game is Alex 7 Dippy 1 (alex needs 11 - Dippy needs 3)

Current game is Alex 4 balls (needs 14) Dippy 3

12-6 match score. Dippy fired at a bank warp speed and made TWO balls in his hole.

Dippy is over at the booth seemingly wanting to review the last game to see if Alex spotted all his balls. Dippy is on the mic. Says he has to do something since Alex is running out.

Alex is FLAT crazy. Staring a straight in shot he elects to bank one instead to get position. Dippy is commentating against himself :-)

He says just cuz you are running 14 doesn't mean you are playing good. LOL

thanks thanks and thanks

thanks for the score - just finished watching the movie the American- great movie- but You need to go to europe to appreciate the surroundings-that are so tranquil. mark

Alex has 16 Dippy has 3 this game - Alex on the hill in the match 13-6

Dippy says he isn't out of the match yet and still has a chance.

Dippy sold out. Alex over runs position on the out ball. dippy says "I wasn't ready to quit either" Leaves Alex a tough bank with a kiss and Alex screams "you finally sold out".

Dippy takes a bag off the light and pays in chips.

Looks like they are going again - Race to 9 win by 2 games. I think TAR is going to shut off the stream though.

Justin says check us out at the Derby! I agree!!!! Get the PPV for Derby and something to keep you awake for nine days.

Thanks TAR - great match to sweat.

The stream at my house was nearly flawless. And I always had chat even when the booth didn't. When they switched over to the new chat (thanks to whomever set up TAR with that emergency chat line), that might have opened another great tool for the future - old school style chat.

Fantastic job, even if I could stay up all night to watch it.

Fred <~~~ ready for the Derby

Shows what I know. I picked the wrong side again! Who was the guy doing commentary with Justin in the later stages of the match? I thought he was very good, but so is Justin. Live streaming of pool matches has created a whole crew of talented commentators. These matches are like an underground art form. This may be where live pool finally catches on. The answer could be staring us right in the face. This is becoming a "main stream" internet sport, maybe the first!

I believe that was spanky (with 2 numbers after it) from here in the forums. He drove down from CA to watch Alex play.

All I can say is that if Dippy has improved then I can't imagine how bad he was four months ago.

I completely agree.

Aside from making some nice banks from time to time, Dippy's shooting was very unimpressive. Maybe he was sandbagging, laying the bait for his next potential victim.

Alex, despite having a little difficulty with some of the short banks, played real strong. He is a pleasure to watch.

Thanks, TAR, for the stream.

Best,
Brian kc
