wow, really?
This site is not about "refund policy's" or any of that. This is a place for all people who share a love of the game, pool, to meet up converse to get advice have a chat, and buy or sell items with good intent and hope to help one's game. We help each other.
It's not a cut-throat business here, and anyone who feels they are this way should not partake in azbilliards forums. It's sad that we have to question ourselves and have complete proof in order to buy or even sell (fake checks ect.) I love this game and have a serious passion for it and anything it brings with it, if anything you would think a fellow player would try and support the fact that they are helping a player up their game or possibly get them serious with it, I spread pool to all my friends and family.
These issues just make future players, and starting players on here feel that it is not safe, maybe they should stop playing. I know I never will, however if anyone would make a player negative about az or sellers, why would they want to play, they would think "this is the type of people I will be around all the time if I play". It is very upsetting, its hard enough to keep this sport as popular as it is with a narrowing amount of halls around, with out these people.
It leaves a bad taste in my mouth to even have to use escrow for an order over 150, where did the trust go on this site? Escrow is a great offer, but it should not be necessary for a cue from one player to another.
This guy INCOGNITO, will get what he deserves. Even if he truly felt that the cue was sold in the best way possible and felt he was fully truthful...To spend around 700 for a cue, you should not have to worry about if the butt is warped! I could understand the shaft, but the butt too? there is no way it could have warped within shipping, unless it came from the south pole to the Philippines, then maybe some warpage. I believe he did not check or knew and did not see it nessicarry to share this as it would bring the cost of the cue down.
Karma- what comes around, goes around...
make this right, because even if it was an honest mistake, I can assure you that no one will buy or even sell to you now, I know I wouldn't. You have to be over the age of 17, so be an adult, and talk this out and make it right. I can not believe that it has come to this just to get what the buyer is owed..
Good luck vinny, I hope everything works out for you..I feel for you, I personally have had a bad experience too.:shakehead:
