I never checked but I am pretty sure my break speed at around 75% power ( I like to be able to control the QB so I dont usually mash it as hard as I can) is like 60-65 MPH. :):)
Average players break speed is 20 MPH give or take a little.
60 MPH is impossible.

Larry Nevel of old broke at 34 mph which was absolutely insane.

60mph lol. Keep dreaming on lads!

I had a break speed app om my phone and a guy asks if I could clock his speed.
So he broke and asked what it said,I replied "it says good speed for a 12 year old girl'
His speed was around 15 MPH.
He is about 6'3' and 250.
I told him we need to work on your technique.

Back to the script.

best tip for banks is Triangle 15mm cut down to 12.75mm(in my case) I like the side wall 3/32” tall-no taller. Find a good Triangle and you really have something special

Brother you sure do know how to live like a king!

Great minds think alike…tho I like it there at 3/32, .93 thou , with a ferrule so long as it’s not ivory (pad if it’s that thin).

I sit at 3mm/.118 thou on my ferruleless shaft.

Layers of leather, lexan tips, color swirled epoxy ferrules, light on the weight carbon fiber sky high on the dollar….

And ain’t none of it compares to the pound for pound king of performance, so cheap they think it’s a myth.

The 15mm triangle….we should call them Fatboy’s in your honor

I never measured mine either but based on your science, Im in the 62-67 range.
The best breaker in 2005 ( that could keep whitey on the table ) was Larry Nevel.
In 2005 at a tourney in Duluth Georgia , Larry was on the gun at over 31 mph
consistently ! I watch him there.

60 MPH is impossible or just has not been achieved yet??? :) :)

In reality I have checked my break speed often, I have radar on my Break Rak, its kinda disappointing. I can hit low 20's but taking cue ball control into consideration I get my best breaks at 18-19MPH. I know, I know, I should set my purse down next time before I break. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
