Someone is telling the truth, someone is not. What's the line?
I have all the pm's between the parties. I haven't had time to read them yet. I will do so shortly and give a fair report.

This thread is truly awful. Its ridiculous. I have no clear understanding of what happened here despite having read every post. And no one else does for that matter either. You hear two different sides of the story. But none of you know what the truth is. Yet so many are eager to throw in their two cents and say Vinny did this and it was wrong. Bob did this and it was right. All I know is there are more assinine posts here in this one thread than there are in every other thread on this site combined!!!
First, to NYC Cue Dude... having all the PMs is a little ridiculous. Bobco had an agenda and it was to cause a train wreck that no one could look away from. He accomplished this by dragging two other people through the mud. Was he lying? I have no idea. I could care less. But I can say this... his actions (starting this thread, hijacking the Blue Grass thread, the manner in which he spoke to people here, and the fact that he sent all of the PRIVATE messages between himself and another poster directly to you) speak VOLUMES about his character. And by the way, altering the contents of PMs is alarmingly easy. Take whatever you read with a grain of salt.
I know Chenz. Not all too well on a personal level. Just in a buyer/seller capacity. I've dealt with him several times before. He's not a big time cue dealer. He's just a guy that loves cues and occasionally moves a few. He has NEVER done me wrong. Our dealings were always pleasant. Even when a friend of his tried to screw me over, he intervened and set the record straight. I'm not saying he's right here because I don't know the details. There are two sides to every story as all of us can see here. But one person has never proven himself to be anything but trustworthy. The other acted in a foolish and classless way, even beating a dead horse after the matter had resolved itself in his favor.
The funniest thing about this was how bobco said he took this to the forums at the suggestion of several reputable cue dealers.
A) Since when do cuedealers represent the moral majority of this site OR the cue dealing world?
B) There are quite a few 'reputable' cue dealers on this site that MANY people could offer some contradictory opinions about. You'd be surprised what some of these guys have done in the past.
Bobco, this should have been handled in a different manner. The fact that it wasn't speaks volumes about you and your character. And beating the dead horse just makes you look worse. Your comments to the pavlos when he spoke some kind words in support of his friend were something I would expect out of a 5th grader.
Again, I have NO idea what happened here as the two sides of the story are very different. But I do know that one person handled himself poorly and about 20 other posters jumped in to kiss his a**, Barry's a**, and just about any other a** they could find. Bottom line... this should have all been handled offline.
