Damn those barenbrugge-cues are wicked.

Actually now im wondering if i can get a 4 pointer + 4 butterfly splice between pointers + 4 butterfly at the butt with flame venners and ebony forearm for around $1000. :D can anyone reccomend me a nice maker that would not compromise the playability of the cue. :D

i dont think a $1000 will get you a barrenbrugge (might be wrong) can't hurt to ask him
billy webb makes some killer butterfly cues
see if you can get somebody on here to show you one

I don't know for sure what Steve Klein would charge for that, but he would do a tremendous job on it. Contact him, he would be glad to quote you a price - sales@kleincues.com

He is great to work with.
 
In my honest opinion....Brent of BHQ is working very hard to quickly become the butterfly master. I'd suggest placing an order now before the waiting list is 8+ years. Very, very clean work & he'll go out of his way to make you happy.;)

No disrespect meant here Kev but while Brent's work may be strong, calling anyone other than Paul Fanelli 'the butterfly master' is just a mistake. MAYBE Dave Barrenbrugge, but come on. These two guys are WAY ahead of the rest of the field!!!

PAUL IS THE SPLICING MAN.....PROBLEM IS, NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE GET TO SEE HIS STUFF. HE'S WAY AHEAD OF THE CURVE, EVEN TO THE POINT WHERE CUEMAKERS LOOK AT HIS CUES, AND CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW THEY WERE DONE.

I have seen many of Billy Webb's cues as he lives in a town near me. This guy's cues are gonna blow up one of these days. They are just too good to be ignored. He makes a nice 6-point cue as well.

Oh..he's a player too. Everyone around here has received the "rented mule" treatment.

I heard last week that he just finished a new batch. Anybody wanna buy me one?:)
