Buyer beware of ob1-mackie

Had some probs but it eventually came together
Hey,
Just to let you know that i was almost in a similar boat as you are, but after like 2 1/2 months i finally got the shaft i was waiting for from him.
the whole time he was giving me the run around, had claimed that he sent it numerous times, was slow in responses to emails. Finally he had called his postal facility , and they claimed that the package was just sitting there in the corner of the shipping warehouse. Blah Blah yada yada.
Like i said it finally arived after all that time, i checked the ship date on the packing for the shaft and it did match up to when he supposedly originaly sent it. If That makes it any better.
Well to make a long story short, now i see why every seller on deals with CONUS !

ob1-mackie told me he'd refund me on January 16th. He didn't.
ob1-mackie told me he'd refund me on January 27th. He didn't, and hasn't contacted me for days.
I will wait one more day, and if still no contact I am leaving a negative iTrader with a link to this thread.

From what I have read from the beginning of this thread, is oodles of excuses from the seller.
I know what you guys mean. Hell I dont know if I will ever see my Predator shaft I ordered from him. If I do what shape will it be in? I had mentioned to him I had never dealt with anyone overseas. He was like "there is nothing to worry about". Always my luck

You don't technicaly have to have entered into a transaction with the person to leave them feed back. Let him try to explain a string of red beads and -100 iTrader to his next buyer or seller . . .

The I-trader is good because it allows comments to be viewed. Not just red-squares.
I really think the I-trader is meant to be for personal transactions experiences.
I can't see anyway that this could be explained, especially since so many others have had similiar experiences with OB1-Mackie.

Perhaps Simon "the Diamond" D'Vali knows this guy and can exert some pressure from the UK, or at least, he might be able to help with contact information for the local police.
Do you have his address/contact information? If so, post it and see. We do seem to have friends in the most faraway places, and the UK is not "faraway".

Joe, I don't have his contact information since I bought from him. When I sent the Paypal, it showed me the name Jill Mackie which he says is his mom (he is Neil Mackie). But, there are 10 people on here he bought from. Those people would have his contact information for shipment.Bamacues said:
