Excellent Transaction with Pimp
I had a great transaction with Pimp. Cue was delivered very quickly, packaged very well, and Pimp kept me informed every step of the way. I would gladly do business with Pimp again. Good cue, fast delivery, and excellent communication, just how every transaction should go.

Transaction(s) with Varney Cues
I just received my new Varney J/B so I thought I would post a little about how my transaction went with Kevin (Varney Cues).
Sorry for writing a small book, but I thought it to be worthwhile.
I'll post a review (at least I'll do my best to do so) after I use it a few times. I'll probably post it in the "Cue Gallery" section assuming that's where it goes.
Anyhow, about my transaction with Kevin:
First, I approached Kevin with some questions about what he could provide, pricing, etc. Kevin quickly and graciously answered my questions and concerns in a very professional manner.
When I asked Kevin to be put on the list, Kevin requested a small deposit. No problem there. Throughout the process, Kevin was in frequent contact with me regarding my place on the list. When the time came for my cue to be built, I was contacted with a completion date, and I sent the balance owed for the cue.
The completion date was supposed to be that I would have the cue in hand before Christmas. By MY OWN CHOICE, I told Kevin to wait until AFTER the holidays and that there was no rush.
I was told when the cue shipped, and it arrived right on schedule.
This is the second transaction I have had with Kevin and I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and courtesy I was given throughout the entire process.
To sum up my transactions with Kevin:
1. Communication - Courteous, professional, and speedy.
2. Packaging - Cue packaged very well, no damage upon delivery.
3. Shipment & Delivery - On schedule and when he said it would be.
Overall transaction report is excellent and extremely professional. I will not hesitate to do business with Kevin Varney again. He delivers on what he says he will.

Excellent transaction with poolplayer2093!
I just got the BK2 from poolplayer2093 (Sam) that I offered to buy without seeing any pictures of and it is better than I expected; the cue looks brand new. It was packaged very well and the whole transaction couldn't have gone any better. He stayed in contact with me the entire time as well. It took a bit longer for my money order to get to him than either of us expected but once he got it the cue was at my door within 2 days. I would gladly do business with poolplayer2093 again.
