Thanks Bill. I still haven't forgotten your help a few years ago at the Glass City Open as well as when you were on the road with your work at the time. You always had time to answer an email or phone call and helped me get some great buys on cues (especially McDermotts) for the pro shop. I truly appreciated that. Joe

Ordered one of Varney's custom j/b cues on the 13th and got it 2 days after shipment 3 hours before my league match!
I got a huge discount because the shaft had a blem (I advertised I didn't care about looks) about 1/4 of an inch long, and very thin. I don't even notice it, it's near the joint :D Besides... I got a hell of a deal. I'd just like to say he was excellent in keeping me informed even though I bugged him with about 10 PM's. Thank you sir for the best j/b cue I will ever own :)

edit: I'd also like to point out that he bumped me WAY up his list! Thank you :D
