Thanks. I'm trying to get all my ducks in a row before I file my poli e report next week. I'm trying to decide if there is a way to get my companies office at the FBI involved for international wire fraud but that may be stretching it. I'll try and keep everyone informed.

Greg
Greg,
To get this investigation kicked off, I would e-mail Officer Holt, Chief of the Jackson TN Criminal Investigation...
mholt@cityofjackson.net
....with some facts in this matter,to ask what the best way to report online fraud and possible false identity/identity theft. Or you can phone them at (731) 425-8493 or fax number them (731) 425-8565.
Once you find out the best way to report it, perhaps you can come back here so anybody else who was defrauded can make the same report.
This was a huge mistake. Since the advent of identity theft laws, in Tennessee it carries criminal penalties ranging from misdemeanor to serious felony charges. This depends on the extent of this person's activity, if identity theft were involved and what criminal activity was conducted with the false identity.
From the facts, I would say it is extensive and worth a criminal investigation. There is reason to believe there was actual identity theft and fraud. It seems to me there is ample evidence to warrant an investigation. Depending upon what documentation was used and what acts were committed, it's a Class D felony in Tennessee (Code Ann. §39-14-150).
Tommy has a lot to lose - a calss D felony carries 2 - 12 years depending on past convictions.

Now if I were Tommy, I would get on here and make it right with the AZ members. I don't care if you have to send them cues, cases, shafts, or golf clubs - make it right then just disappear forever. It might help matters in your legal situation. Get on here now.

....tommy has portrayed himself as a cue maker.....not dealer.....but a cue maker out of bill's old shop. Maybe I'm wrong but if I'm not thats pretty low.....
Greg thanks for the pm I'm very sorry to here this I'll work on the Letter ASAP.Hey folks,
I'm getting ready to file Police reports here (Seoul, Korea), in Jackson Tenessee and with the FBI Legal Attache office in Seoul. Would anybody mind giving me your name, contact information and brief statement of what happened between you and Tommy/Tommy/Sam? It would help build a case against the guy. I've heard that he might be facing felony charges because of all of this and the bigger we can make the case, the better.
I swear on everything that is holy that I will keep all of the information between you, me and the police. I would just like to be able to show that there has been a history of this guy ripping people off, especially people/U.S. citizens overseas.
Thanks
Greg

Day after I got it. He did offer to repair it for free.
I can tell you that, in my opinion, this cue shaft is built in violation of Predator's patent.
Predator is very active about enforcing their intellectual property, so don't be surprised if they get their lawyers involved when they find out someone is building cue shafts in violation of their patent.

Patents are funny...
Patents are funny... If the patent claim that mentions the hollow section also claims a ferrule or references a ferrule, then a shaft like the one in the pic would not violate it. It just depends how broad a claim the patent attorneys were able to get, and had the foresight to go after.
Anyway pred patents are about to expire. I fully expect complete knockoffs being mass produced on the market in the next few yrs.
