CA$H Cues - Tommy's Contact Info

I just love it when a con man gets found out.

It really is a shame for all the people who are out money. They should go lynch his ass, cause if he is already trying to lock another cuemaker up to rip them off, he is not concerned in the least with paying anyone back.

But aside from Hangemhigh being a world class scumbag piece of $#!T, (which i always suspected) i was just wondering...

...Aren't these forums basically EVIDENCE they could have used?

I mean, antfarm said that Jess isn't a computer guy.
If he's not into computers, did he or his partner use these forums as evidence when they took scumbag to court?
Did they know the forums existed or that everything that ties scumbag 's misrepresentation to CA$H cues is basically here for the reading? Did they know his user name?

If they did know, used the info in court and lost, that's one thing.
But if they didn't know, that's an altogether different matter.

If that's the case, someone might want to shoot Mike Howerton a message to lock hangemhigh's account up so that he can't go back and delete stuff.
Keep the evidence intact so they or anyone who is after him, can use his own writings as the rope to slip around his neck.

Just a thought anyway.
 
No, they didn't even know these forums existed or that this was how he was doing business.

I will contact the president and see if he can lock his account.

when I ordered my WCC Monster Cues, Jess was very very slow with Mails, he told me he is NOT a Comuper Guy and NOT had at this Time a Mobile:yikes::eek:
so he and his Partner know nothing from what happend here.
So his Girlfriend send me from time to time a Email:smile:

UPDATE:

Mr. Wilson (the AZ moderator) refuses to lock Hangemhigh's account until there is concrete evidence of wrong doing/illegal activity on the part of Tommy. Basically, he won't do so on my accusations alone. :(

I tried. I've copied each thread into a word document so there is no chance of Tommy/Sam deleting any of it.

I just had a 20 minute conversation with Jess June from World Class Cues and this is what he had to say.

Jess hasn't talked to Tommy/Sam, who also went by Tony as well, in 3 or 4 months. Jess and his partner Tommy Clements (no connection to Tommy Stanfill/Tommy Hindman/Sam Engles) were out almost $10,000, so they took Tommy to court. Unfortunately they lost because the agreement they had with Tommy Stanfill was only verbal. They built all of those shafts and never saw a dime. WCC was nearly put out of business by Tommy's actions and with shop damage on two other occasions, the shop hasn't been running in months. They purchased their shop from Bill McDaniels but were unable to procure the name for the shop. So, they changed the name to WCC. The CA$H cue line came about from a guy convincing them to start a line of "lower end cues" using John Davis blanks. But, the CA$H cue line caused them a lot of problems because of Tommy. So, recently... Jess June met with John Davis when he was in town and apparently, Tommy Stanfill had talked to John Davis about working together recently/soon in the same type of capacity that Jess and Tommy were working in. Jess didn't have any more details on this but asked if I could find John Davis' phone number so he could talk to them. Jess isn't a computer guy but said he would try to get on AZ and he would try to shed any more light he could. He also said that if I wanted to take legal action, he would be more than happy to provide any support necessary. Jess did say that he has received many phone calls from people Tommy ripped off. Many more than the people posting on AZBilliards.

That's what I know right now.

Does anyone have John Davis' phone number?

John's a good guy and a very trusting type - I would hate to see him get screwed over by this man. Tell him I said "hello".

Thanks Chris, I appreciate it a lot. And that's one of the main reasons I want to speak with him too. I'd hate for him to get screwed by this bag of douche.

That won't work because you can modify Word documents, so they'll never be admissible proof.

It's pretty bogus that the powers that be stand on this guys side, when the only plausible explanation for his lack of communication is death or disability...And if that were the case, it's not like "Tommy" would be too concerned about his account being suspended.

C'mon, Mr. Wilson, fight alongside the good guys this time. The guy that stiffed me four years ago (SouthPaw) is still a member in good standing, and even still has positive rep, despite my best attempts.

I think suspicions of criminal activity are enough to lock up a forum account, at least pending investigation. It's not like hangemhigh is itching to post here right now (obviously), so what could locking his account hurt?

Frankly, I would go up a notch and make sure that the owners know about this, Mike Howerton AZHOUSEPRO and Jerry Forsyth.

Allowing a person that has defrauded so many to go in and edit/erase evidence is not cool.

Seems that if one get a lawyer to send a letter then that gets action.

For something like this which involves fraud, theft, and felonies it's better to just deal with the owner of the forum rather than the volunteer moderator.

Normally, if i want evidence, i take pictures of the screen.
But hitting PrtScn, Ctrl, and Alt can be time consuming.

BUT, there is a utility called "screengrab" for firefox that lets you copy whole webpage documents, and not just the portion on the screen that is visible.

I just ran a test to double check and saved the entire "page 10" of this thread as a JPG file.
I'm sure you can download screengrab, change your settings to a higher posts per page then the default setting, and then save the pages in some of the pertinent threads where he misrepresents himself.

Not sure that is admissible as evidence, but at least it won't be tampered with.

Here is an example. Please note that the actual size is HUGE, and it just looks small cause i made it that way when i opened it so that you would see what i was talking about.

Not to worry though. Users can not delete threads and any edits that a user makes are tracked so that we can always see what changes they made.

You are all looking to put him in jail, correct? I ask this as I highly doubt he has any money to pay you back the value of your stolen cues/money. Going after money seems to be a lost cause for this type of situation.
 
This is the photo I got from Tommy Stanfil. I placed an order of 15 cues to him and received 5 cues as of July. I didn't send any deposit though. Is he the old Sam Engels without the beard ? Just out of curiosity, who is this guy on the left :

The man called "Tommy Hindmann" in the pic is NOT the "Tommy, Tony, Sam, Ed, etc., being discussed in this thread unless the pic was taken 30+- years ago.

Can anyone post a current pic of "Tommy, Tony, Sam, Ed".

I asked Jess June that some question and he didn't know. Surmised it was just someone visiting the shop. It isn't the Tommy/Sam that eveyone is looking for. At least that was the way I understood him.
 
I think it was already said, but with my transction with him, the paypal address was Tucker Hindman. Fortunately, our transaction was smooth.
 
You guys understand he hasn't shown up here in over 2 months now...right?

There is nothing to indicate he has other alias here either.
