Just talked to Marcus Chamat, and he asked me to post this thread on AZBilliards.

He is looking for action at Derby City Classic, and he asked me specifically to say that he was interested in playing a 10-ball match against Gabe Owen, for atleast $ 10 000, 10 ahead.

I know you are a poster here on AZ, Gabe, so what do you think?

Let's get it on!

The perverbial window is open. After watching Marcus give lilJohn the world playing 10ball then play his tournament match then match-up again I am a little Napolean convert.

I saw that as well but ,, in reality lil Jon dogged it right in the beginning and thats what allowed Marcus to come back ,, but i agree with you, i have seen him play a bunch and i am on his bandwagon.:thumbup:

Huckster's got this right. Marcus made me a believer about 6 years ago at the Derby. If this goes down I'll take MC for a couple C's

What makes you think that Gabe will play Marcus 10-Ball? He may not like that game. Gabe may prefer to play some One Hole. I'm sure that Marcus can find someone who will play him 10-Ball at DCC. But then again, he may not like THAT game. :wink:

Funny you should say that. Every time I've seen someone challenge Gabe, they've ended up not liking it.
 
Gabe vs Marcus

I have the utmost respect for Gabe playing any game but if they play even 10 ball at DC call me if you want side action on Gabe. I only want sweat bets not anything major but PM me for my phone #

This surprises me. Weren't you there when the Swede got beat out of either 5 or 7(I don't remember) sets by a guy that 90% of the posters here wouldn't know? And hadn't said unknown been in a fairly serious car wreck that day? Not saying he won't win this match-up, just curious......

that was a looooong time ago and the one that lost...has played alot since then. the winner on the other hand, has fallen off the wagon.
