A while back I played this guy some cheap sets and was beating him easy. Last night he wanted some more with some weight. We agreed on a game and started playing.
I fell into dead stroke and was having one of those nights when he asked for a short break and went outside. A buddy of mine who was sweating the match went outside for a smoke (and to check on what he was doing). He comes back in and tells me this guy is getting high outside and to watch out because when he is high he gets a little erratic.
So when he came back in he was flying and rearing to go. I figured if he was going to try and do this to get a edge on me I would change tactics on him. It turns out that meth heads REALLY hate slow play.
After about an hour of this he pulled up and took off. I don't really like to slow play anyone but I figured he had it coming.
How do you all handle the speed freaks? Back in my day it was the same thing except that they were doing coke instead of meth. The coke heads didn't worry me as much as the meth addicts do, but they can both be tuff to deal with when things go wrong.
