Ok guys,

As promised here are a few photos of my new PFD Studios players cue. I just picked it up today and I changed it slightly from the original design in that I opted for an elephant ear wrap rather than the textured leather I was going to do. The wrap came out fantastic!!! It's nearly impossible to find the seam. :p

This is a full spliced Tulipwood into Ebony cue with an Ivory joint, Hoppe ring, and .060 Ivory ringwork with silver on each side.

Anyway, here are the photos starting with the original sneak peak photo from the other thread in case you missed it.

Let me know what you think.

Very Cool Minimalist Creation! I love FS ebony nose cues and think they hit the best.

Enjoy you new monster, Monster!

Beauty! I was speaking to a well-respected cuemaker on the phone awhile back who claimed no one seems to like tulipwood cues anymore...I told him I begged to differ...I have three of them myself (Murrell, Spitz-Davis, & Blackcreek)!!!

I love the look of tulipwood...and next to the ebony on this PFD, makes it look even better!!! ;)

Ebony and tulipwood is my favorite combination, just pops out at you.

I like this cue... a lot!

I've always loved tulip and ebony together.

that really is a nice cue
the 2 colors contrast and really look good

it doesn't surprise me to hear it plays good

PFD i s known for beauty but the play is phenomenol too

its good to see paul making player cues as well as the masterpieces
that he is famous for

I recently ordered a simple hoppe style 4 pointer from him,
I was surprised at the time he spent asking questions to be sure he got
it right
