corey duel vs svb in action now live

Oh- and can we please get 100% agreement on the following now?

The top players can win spotting an A player the 6 out

Was there any gimmick here? For example was Shane getting all the breaks for Corey to be getting the 5 and 6? Or was everything else even except the 5 and 6?

Giving up that spot, Flip Flops, and a 23oz Cuetec. They ask why we say SVB is the best? lol

This must be a lie. SVB can't play on tight pockets...

This spot isn't that big of deal playing 10b. It sounds impressive, but I've seen Shane beat people out of cash playing god. (Shane breaks, if he breaks dry, or if he misses, he loses.)

Shane is unreal when he's on, and he just keeps getting better. HOW THE F DOES THAT WORK????

Really? That spot isnt a big deal? He just gave another top player the 5 and 6 in 10ball. One that has a great break as well. That spot is insane, especially against a player of Corey's caliber.

Giving the 5&6 to a top player like Corey is unreal. And like someone else said, you're not suppose to make many balls on the break with 3 7/8" pockets. I'm sure when I use to bet on pool I would have got burned on this spot. Corey played bad, but Shane was in high gear, played a great defensive game and got a lot of rolls. Corey probably thought he was in a perfect storm.. Johnnyt

Allegedly those pockets are under 4 inches as well which makes the spot even bigger and more impressive. Shane run out the same as normal pockets, unreal.

I played on the same table two days ago for 7 hours because of the new felt it feel like 4.25" pockets

Duel is more than an A player, but yea, a pro can spot an A several balls, as it often does not matter much because they very rarely give up the table with an open shot.

The only stipulation was no safety break which Shane said before they started.

You obviously haven't seen what I have seen. Shane can run HUGE packages, and Corey is not the Corey of old. He doesn't have a 10b break to save his life, by comparison to Shane.

I'm not saying Corey is bad, but if Shane is on tilt, he can give him the rainbow and still walk away with the cash.

I say again, I have seen this SEVERAL TIMES NOW. Shane has beat people out of cash playing god. (Shane breaks, if he breaks dry, or if he misses, he loses.) races to 9-10-12 don't matter. If the kid is on tilt, get the hell out of the way.

If Shane gave him some insane spot playing 1p then i'd be surprised.

It's games like this that make me LMAO at the Shane haters. Most people truly don't understand just how good he can play. When he's in kill mode, it's down right SCARY. Ask Corey if you don't believe me...

Your first sentence is a bit condescending...

Other then that. I have seen Shane run those massive 10ball packages, ever since the first TAR match and multiples after that, but with the 5 and 6 ball it shouldnt be too hard for Corey to return with some of his own as long as he gets a decent break going.

I didnt watch the match but I assume Corey's shoulder/arm is still messed up and he still isnt breaking hard?

I'm a fan of Shane's and have seen it a bunch. Shane getting in stroke is unstoppable. He just goes.

That spot is just massive. Corey obviously liked it and thought so too to still play all the way to being down 11 games.

This is insane. Please let there be a recording. And to think most people view Shane as a fairly big underdog at TAR 1. How times change.
